DéçueJe ne me souviens pas avoir commandé du châtain foncé doré mais plutôt châtain clair doré. Si c est le cas, dans ce cas pas de problème je dois avoir un résultat du châtain foncé doré Et non pas du noir corbeau. Did not get what I asked forI called spoke with a stylist and I updated my wishes for all over coverage, not just riots and for a lighter shade. I received the same think I originally received. Brown roots!The two step process is a problem when the root application is not the right color. My overall hair color is a vibrant copper red, but roots were a lifeless brown with no hint of red. disappointedI responded to an email asking about my color (second order) before it was created asking my input. I asked for 2 colors, one being slightly darker for the back/bottom and one to be exactly the same as my previous lighter color. I received an email back stating they had received my request. When I received my color (almost 2.5 weeks late-greys were unbearable) there was only one color which was neither the darker or the previous color I had requested.
