Two completely different colorsI asked that my color be lightened JUST A LITTLE from last month since it was too auburn and I want more of a strawberry blonde. I got two colors (which is nice) to do roots, then middles and ends, but the middle and ends color ended up being like a Ronald McDonald red/orange and completely different from the roots and rest of my hair. DisappointedI normally love eSalon ,but my most recent colors have been off ! One turned my hair a brassy brown color ! So they changed my formula.. and this one turned my hair a dark brown and still has a bit of a red brassy tone .. The reason I'm soooo DISAPPOINTED is that my goal was a LIGHT ASH BROWN or DARK BLONDE!! I'm will to give it another try , but I will pay really good attention to what color they try to give me this time ?? I see no difference in hair colorI was so excited for this. And followed instructions exactly, but the color does not show it looks like ai did nothing to my hair my roots are still lighter than the rest and my hair is still brown with red.
