Does not work on gray hairDid not work on my gray hair. It is very messy products. Save your money and go to the real salon. I followed the instructions to the T and still have my gray after the first wash. They did not indicate that this is a reoccurring plan and started to send out another box to me. EXPLODED all over my white bathroom.I had the Custom color set and the ends refresher. While showering and rinsing the color out of my hair, The roots bottle exploded! It hit the ceiling, the floor, the counter everywhere! I have been using your product for many years and have never had this happen. Didn't cover greysI really liked the color but it didn't cover two stubborn grey spots. I'm wanting to get back to my natural dark brown color. Top of head has a lot of brown in it but the back is still black. Can all this be solved. Do not send my color until I decide what to do.
