Different colorHello, Indeed I mentioned my current colour is too yellow and I would like to add some Ash to cut the yellow, but the result of the hair paint was as in the picture uploaded. It did nothing and when I emailed support, she was super rude.The color did nothing. I wrote in my account that I do highlights and I got color for just my roots. The color did not even change my hair. Tolle FarbeLeider ist die Flasche für die Ansatzfärbung viel zu viel gewesen. Die Hälfte der Menge hätte locker ausgereicht. Habe daher mit der Ansatzfarbe das gesamte Haar gefärbt um die restliche Farbe nicht zu verschwenden, bzw. nicht entsorgen zu müssen.
