E-Salon keeps getting better!!I sent a message to my colorist asking if there were any changes that could be made in my then-usual color to more effectively cover the peeking gray. Like a magician she created a new color for those naughty peeking grays and it is AMAZING!! I love the results! The new shade blends with the prior color beautifully. Great service and great colorI covered up blonde highlights and I have dark hair. I received an email from the colorist suggesting a primer to ensure the color "took". She warned me it might be red or purple but not to freak out because that was just step 1. Step 2 was the actual color. My hair turned out wonderful, great color and it hasn't been this soft in ages. Less hair lossI was using drugstore box hair color for years and I think that was causing my hair to fall out in lumps. I started using esalon about 4 months ago & find substantially less hair fallout.
