I love the consistency of the cream. It doesn't drip and very easy to apply evenly. The shade came out just perfect!

The first thing i noticed was the smell it wasnt really strong which is a good thing. Instructions are easy to follow. I was a bit worried not knowing what the colour would turn out like . I was really pleased and 3 weeks on the colour hasnt lost it shine and feels really soft and healthy. I will definitely buy this again. It was also nice to see my name on the bottle and instructions was a really nice touch.

Happy with the results. Very good match. Grey coverage not as great up front bit maybe need to use more in front next time. Overall very satisfied and wont go back to salon!

At first i thought it was another new business trying to sell but like most of the reviews here I am amazed it’s incredible I took this long to find my perfect stylist. I have never had the blue black that I always wanted and I finally see the ShIne & the volume on my hair super happy 😊 make sure to add the shampoo and conditioner, it’s out of this world. A million thanks to Elisa my stylist for that amazing color! U made for me! Thank you Esalon 😍
