Started off Great...The day I colored my hair it was perfect! A great red, just like I asked for! 2 days later when I washed it all my great red was gone. It looks like I used a color spray then washed it out. I'm now back to the dull reddish brown I was before I colored. THE SMELL WAS HORRIBLE I COULDN'T EVEN USE ITI was excited to find a new way to color instead of using a salon but was so disappointed when I tried using this color. DON'T LET ESalon CHOOSE YOUR COLORI highly recommend you DO NOT allow esalon to change the color you originally selected, they do not know what they are doing. Not for meI appreciate the effort eSalon puts by offering this product. However it did not work on my hair as I expected, honestly it even looks like I never dyed it, looks pretty the same color I had before, it just covered the roots and that´s it. I wanted it to look as in the picture but unfortunately it did not work. I am not willing to try it anymore. That´s why I would like the team to cancel my future orders. Doesnt cover grayThis is my second order. This new formulation was put on just as the instructions said to do and the results are very disappointing. I put the color on around my temple areas first then along the roots etc. Did not use the entire bottle as you said not to put in anywhere other than my roots so it would not be too dark. Well it covered my roots along the scalp and that was it. I left it on for 35 min. and the first sections I did around my face are still white. Not at all happy that I paid $25 for hair color that does not do even as good as store bought brands. I was going to cancel after my last order but oh no you had to keep me as a customer and try a new formulation. Well not this time. I am done with eSalon.
