terrible!I have only used this color the first time that it was sent to me. It made my hair dry and also it is an extremely harsh color. I just received another shipment that I thought I had cancelled which I most certainly don't need because I have several boxes of color that I haven't used. Lousy customer serviceI wrote you all two or three times complaining about the color thats was mixed up for me. It was not what I wanted, even after the mixer asking me my preference for her clarification. I got warm tones after asking for Ash. Im very upset. Never heard back from anybody!!! It appears based on consultation emails that our colorist advised prior to sending your selected shade that your results would be darker and warmer than your desired result, and per your comments stating that you did not believe your roots would be warm and that you wanted to try the shade ordered, we sent this color. Wrong colourToo dark! I have went from my natural light brown sun kissed hair that I could dye any colour to a dark brown I can do nothing with.The photo of the colour I chose was a light purple colour. My hair started off light brown and is now very dark brown and I can’t cannot see any purple. I know I chose a colour from the dark brown section but with my natural hair colour as light brown the photo looked very light purple but the dye was mostly dark brown. I only see a red tint when the light hits it. Very disappointed. I don’t feel that it is made clear on your page that I should only be choosing from the light brown section if I want an accurate colour.
