NOT WHAT I ORDEREDTELL ME HOW TO WASH THIS OUT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wish i could send you pictures. I ordered a warm medium brown and I have the worst hair color i have ever had in my life. It is so dark and massive auburn color to it. I made specific details when i called that my hair tends to go auburn and it is all that color now. It was to be a medium brown and it is the darkest brown auburn i have ever seen. I am not happy at all and i can't go out in public like this. IT IS HORRIBLE. What is wrong with you people. Bin enttäuschtAm 21.05. bestellt, am gleichen Tag noch telefonisch von eSalon kontaktiert, toll! - Da klang alles noch sehr professionell. Erst am 02.06. die Ware erhalten. Vorsprochen wurde mir die Zusendung der Bestellung innerhalb höchstens einer Woche. Nachdem ich solange gewartet habe, war ich ich heute bei meinem Friseur, - zum Färben. Beim Nachhausekommen das Päckchen erhalten (leider zu spät), in die Farbe gerochen - PFUI, riecht dermaßen scharf, werde es nicht benutzen und das Abo ganz schnell kündigen. Brennt wie Feuer auf dem KopfIch kann zum Farbergebnis nichts sagen, da die Haarfarbe auf meinem Kopf so stark gebrannt hat, dass ich sie nach 3 Minuten wieder abspülen musste.
