Not the color i asked 4I ordered the initial package asking for a dark Auburn got brown then theymade me wait a month to resend the color I asked for I even dowlloaded a picture and sent it to them of the color i wanted and still way off. Very Hard on the HairI have coloured my hair for eons and it always felt soft after. But after using my custom set, My hair was dry like straw and the colour was not any better than the professional colour I have used from Italy. HOWEVER, I did like that it came as a kit with everything i'd need including cap and gloves. But the applicator was good for me doing the entire head, and not just roots. So I mixed everything in a colour bowl and brushed the colour on like I usually do. I cancelled my subscription as my hair did not feel good at all after colouring and it should be soft and silky. formula was off! + didn't cover my gray hair new growthformula was off! I'm confused and disappointed by the formula that was sent for me, especially where I provided you my exact formula from my personal hair stylist! Also it didn't cover the gray hair in my new growth. Pretty disappointedWhen I came across this service I was super excited that maybe I didn’t have to frequent the salon to keep my color looking decent. The first order I received I followed the directions to the letter, but I left it on a little longer because it didn’t seem to be getting any lighter... when I was finished there was 0 change. I gave it another shot thinking maybe I did something wrong, but like the first order, the second yielded no results. I will say the customer service is great though.
