ColorI’m canceling my subscription because I don’t like the color. When the first order came I didn’t have time to use it before the next one came so I didn’t know the color was wrong. Not the color i asked 4I ordered the initial package asking for a dark Auburn got brown then theymade me wait a month to resend the color I asked for I even dowlloaded a picture and sent it to them of the color i wanted and still way off. Very Hard on the HairI have coloured my hair for eons and it always felt soft after. But after using my custom set, My hair was dry like straw and the colour was not any better than the professional colour I have used from Italy. HOWEVER, I did like that it came as a kit with everything i'd need including cap and gloves. But the applicator was good for me doing the entire head, and not just roots. So I mixed everything in a colour bowl and brushed the colour on like I usually do. I cancelled my subscription as my hair did not feel good at all after colouring and it should be soft and silky.
