Mixed ReviewI was very happy with color, process and customer service in the beginning. The color just doesn’t last. I read many complaint reviews about this and thought it was because their hair just grew faster than they thought but now I have to say, they are correct that it is the color application unfortunately. Color is blahThe first time I tried this color, I didn't like it and said I wanted more red. The color was changed but still no red. I cancelled my auto-subscription and still received a 3rd box of color that I will not be using. disaster!First kit was fine auburn, the next kit my hair became almost black, not what I wanted at all! Two months later I am still trying to get my hair color back to where I want it to be...refund was issued not a problem but I spent the extra money to get a great product.
