Lots of changesI have been using eSalon for 7 years. This is my first bad experience. I did not receive a shampoo or conditioner packet in my "kit". The gloves were blue medical looking gloves, not the fancy feeling white, pink, or other fun color, which broke when I put them on. The developer was a different color (opaque white vs clear white) and the smell was very strong and stung my eyes. Lastly, I color my hair every 3 weeks and use the root treatment and ends refresher each time. 2 completely different tonesMy 1st order wasn’t quite the right tone I was aiming for so I asked for the colour to be adjusted. The 1st order faded so fast aswell. Destroyed my hairCustomer service -never replied , colour is absolutely not what I wanted. For an example ,picture has been send . Turned my hair orange$400 later and I finally look “normal”. As a blonde in quarantine I got desperate and ordered from esalon hoping to bridge the gap until Salons reopened. This proved to be a very $$ mistake. Dye is NOT meant for blondes. I typically highlight. I ended up with a brassy orange mess. Esalon offered to send a toner but since it took 3 weeks to ship the color due to the pandemic I wasn’t willing to wait. They refunded my purchase - so customer service was good. That was the only good thing. I went to local beauty supply and tried toner. A little improved but still Orange. Luckily I was able to get into a salon in a neighboring state to correct the mess. Highly recommend a stronger color formula to lift root growth for all over colorThe process of application was simple & quick, which was great. My issue now is that my roots are a completely different color than the rest of my hair, appearing orange and unbalanced. Doesn’t cover white hairTried for the 3rd time, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I followed the instructions and use salon brand shampoo and still didn’t a couple days later the grays started showing.
