DéceptionAprès avoir scrupuleusement suivi les instructions pour faire ma coloration, le résultat fût décevant ! ! En effet j'attendais une couleur roux/caramel doré et au final c'était plutôt châtain / acajou ! !! D'où ma déception. Sinon j'ai trouvé le produit agréable en texture ainsi que le shampoing. .. horrible deliverystill waiting on order from June 1, 2020. Also still waiting on order (replacement) from June 15, 2020. No tracking information available because the package has not been given to USPS yet!!!!! Enhanced coloring productIn this shipment I received an enhanced color product that was creamier and rinsed out easier. Those 2 things were for sure, but it left my hair wiry, dry and matted up. I have never had this happen since 2015. Please advise if I need to stay with the old coloring product.
