Color drab, no shine.The color is drab doesn’t shine. It’s still dark even with the color adjustment. I wanted to try all over color for my next order.but these results, I’ve reconsided. Color caused hair loss and dry hairI was excited to color my hair and cover up my grays. However, now I'm wishing that I had not. The first thing I noticed as I was massaging after the 30-minute wait, was the enormous amount of hair that was falling out. This was way more than usual. Second, my hair is very dry and knotty. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. I did not like colorI requested a shade of red and you guys sent me a dark blond with brown Shades in it or whatever. but it wasn't a red shade at all. To me it was a really ugly color. you guys claim that it's on you if I don't like it. so does that mean you're going to refund the money I paid for the first one.then you charged me for a second one that I didn't want. For one I don't color my hair every 3 months. I do it when my roots get about an inch or so long and sometimes I wait longer. it just depends on my mood. Roots remainMy daughter dyed my hair for me Twice with your product and followed the directions to a T. my roots did not take any of your dye that is why I canceled my program with you.
