Waste of time &moneyI've been coloring my hair for 20+ years. I've used boxed color, Sally's, & had it professionally done so I consider myself somewhat knowledgeable. Since we've all been on lockdown I took a chance on something new to me & it was the WORST color result I have ever had! I knew going in what color can & can't do. My first clue to what was to come should have been the 15 volume developer they included. Not even my current hairstylist uses that when I go darker. Color was supposed to end up an "ash" blonde. I was hoping to knock out this brassiness. My hair ended up redder than I started! I need a refund so I can get this professionally fixed. LOSING MY HAIR!!After two consecutive months of use, I experienced a crazy, excessive, scary amount of hair loss! It is so awful and stress full. My dermatologist explained that the primary ingredient (ethanolamine) vs traditional ammonia can trigger this effect. WTH!?! If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
