Same colour as last oneHi team. After requesting a light brown and submitting new photos, I was disappointed to see that after dying my roots, it came out the same dark brown as my previous orders. Depending how it washes out, I may have to visit the salon again and pay lots of money to get the lighter root in again :( can you please review the picture sent and let me know if I can provide another one to get the light brown needles? DisasterI’m so angry right now, the root colour I received is wonderful a lovely copper tone although much darker than the advertised dark blonde copper I was being sent. Colour still not rightStill not the colour I thought I was getting. Grey coverage doesn’t last beyond a couple washings, I have very little grey hair and I’m not a frequent hair washer. Plus shipping took over a month. Definitely not worth the money when I can go to the local beauty supply outlet and get the colour I want, with good grey coverage at a fraction of the cost. Faded and washed out within a week!I am not happy with my purchase. I have long thick hair, so I used two containers and saturated my hair from root to tip. I waited the allotted amount of time and rinsed it out. It looked decent when I blow dried it, covered the few gray hairs around my ear really well. Within a week it had completely faded out to a dull flat color. I am not impressed! I would have gotten better results with a box color from the drugstore. Very disappointedI did everything just like it said and the top of my head went blue and from about my ears to my neck was macaroni and cheese orange. It was awful!! The next month they said they adjusted my formula and I trusted them. Big mistake!! It happened again only worse than before. I will never spend my money on this again. Sorry esalon.
