Nice color but not great grey coverageThe first time I used this color it did not cover my grey. When I cancelled, eSalon offered to change the color specifically for my grey and send me a free color. The second time was not different. Then I have not heard from them in about 4 months after I sent another email. I have cancelled my orders. Better colorColor was exactly as I wanted . Rated 3 stars due to having too many steps in the process of coloring . Lovely colour but it was to darkThe whole experience was very nice. The delivery came promptly with lovely personalised box. The colour was nice but was to dark and not enough for my shoulder length hair. I specifically requested one tone darker and got 2. Also the blonde blend used turned my hair with orange undertone. Its been 2 weeks since colour and it has washed a bit to quickly showing my grey hairs. But to be fair I do have stubborn greys. I was blonde 8.3 and went down to 6.
