This was just not or me.This is not for me. DONOT charge my card for any of your product. My card has a charge that was not authorized. Cancel that order and return funds back on my card. Crap color for too much moneyI tried this brand three separate times. Three. And ever single time the product either didn’t come out dark at all or didn’t even stick to my hair. I followed the instructions to a T. And nothing. They also refused to refund me even after I insisted multiple times. Received product damagedPackage crushed during transit, causing developer to spread on to the other products and not be able to utilize the color system. Would like to postpone all future orders. WRONG COLORso unhappy with my last color! I asked for a shade lighter than my last color and it was several shades darker. It was a super dark brown and very unflattering. Color DifferenceFor some reason the result I achieved from the second order was different from the first order although I had not requested any changes to the formula. I loved the first order color but did not like the second order. The second order did not even cover the gray as well as the first order. I don't know what happened - maybe my hair is going through some hormonal issue. But, I want to say again that I loved the lush dark brown result I received from the first order. Color didn't grab...I followed all instructions carefully. The color was applied evenly and thoroughly. However, my white hairs really didn't pick up the color like I would have expected. Completely wrong product from what I requestedI have requested a coloring product in the bleaching section of the initial consultation. I have asked to go from very dark blonde to a very pale beige Scandinavian blonde. I specifically said I don not want any color with red and yellow tones to it. Before sending out the product I’ve received an email that different product was being sent to me that will suit me better. Once the product was received I’ve noticed that no bleach or lightening agent was included and that the developer was only 15 %. Even 20 % developer never worked in the past. This was on Friday midday I’ve colored my hair to a horrible orange result. I was justifiably upset and have been trying to contact the company continuously since.
