Left my hair extremely dryMy roots are darker than my ends, so I was hoping this would help even it out by darkening my ends but after I completed the process I immediately noticed my roots were still darker which was disappointing. It literally made zero change to my hair!I just used my first order. My hair has been a dark brown and I chose a dark auburn hair color. I diligently followed all the instructions and my hair has ZERO color change. Not quite rightThis color never took. The color smelled differently and was watery. I’m thinking either they changed a product or I got a bad batch. I was never offered another bottle even after chatting with a customer service agent. The color is nice but OMG the smell made me sickI did like the color but I have never smelled a more potent hair dye smell. It made my eye water the entire time, making it difficult to apply my color. At one point my nose was burning as well.
