Not "Custom Made"I wasn't happy at all with my recent hair color that i received. It was not the shade that I ordered and now I have red hair. I had originally ordered the light brown hair color which is also close to my natural hair color. I received the blonde color which defeated the purpose of why I was dying my hair since I was wanting to get rid of the blonde or at least cover it up. I don't understand the reasoning behind changing my chosen shade when it wasn't several shades away from where I was currently. I now have red hair which I really don't think would have been the end result if I had just received what I ordered in the first place. It also seemed like I had specified that i had gray in my hair which I have none and i specified that I did not have any as well. The hair color choice has no reasoning behind it and I definitely don't feel that it was anything close to "custom made" for me even though I answered all the questions correctly and truthfully.
