Strong chemical smell and not enough coverageI normally use another company but thought I’d try e-salon. My initial thought was great shipping Speed and good value. overall I am not satisfied with product. I had to run the fan in my bathroom and have the window open (freeze along the way since it’s winter and cold). I almost couldn’t finish applying color because my eyes burned sooo bad! The fumes were horrible and you would have thought I was applying it to my eyes! After all that, my color didn’t even match even though all I wanted was a dark brown. It’s more of a reddish brown so 1. You can see difference in roots and my normal color. 2. It did not cover my gray roots like other product have. 3. Not what I expectedI am very disappointed in my color. I ordered a dark "blonde" and what I got was an Auburn brown. When I colored my hair I wanted to cry from the results. Still grayUpdate: I am now leaving it on for much longer and it is working better. It still doesn't cover as great as I would like, but it doesn't wash out as fast as store brands. Dangerous!Do not use this if you have even mild sensitivities to ammonia. I've used many ammonia color products but this about knocked me out from the smell. About 6 hours after I colored my hair (and washed it out) my scalp was ON FIRE! I'm lucky I still have hair. The two-bottle system DID NOT work for me. I now have two tones of hair. Top and bottom. Photo is deceivingWith all the questions answered correctly, the exact color didn’t reflect on my hair unfortunately. I could’ve got the same results with box dye and saved some money.
