Best hair color ever usedYes, going to the salon is great. But sometimes it just doesn’t fit into my budget or time. I came across an ad on social media and decided to give it a try. The ingredients to the hair care and color is what helped me make the decision - as we all know shopping online can be iffy. I’ve used this company for several months now and no plans to stop. I love the personalized box and I receive everything needed for my coloring job. They think of everything needed down to the sticker to hold up the instructions. I am able to send feedback to my stylist as well as make order changes easily. Everything is so simplified. My hair is healthier than ever and the color and shine are unmatched. I got the product !I got the beautiful product but, it’s not your fault, my stubborn grays are too stubborn. Don’t think I’ll find any hair color that works. These people know what they're talking about!!I had bought a boxed color by a well known name from a well known store. What I didn't know was this brown color I liked so much had red in the formula! I have known all along that I cannot have any red in my color. My hair sucks it up and I get .... "fire roots"?, if that's the right term. I went online searching for an answer to how I get out of this mess. I didn't want to go to a salon, not knowing what they would charge, but knowing it wouldn't be cheap. That's when I found eSalon. The girl I spoke with spent time with me explaining exactly what happened and how it could be fixed. The color kit I got didn't cost extra. It was exactly what I pay now. There were no consulting fees or charges for the time on the phone, and we did spend time. She wanted to be sure I felt confident in doing the color and I could call any time.
