ANAZING!!UUUUH-maze-zuh-zing. I didn’t think a website with a convoluted description of the complex mess-that-is-my-hair would be worth it. Especially, with the low price. But I am a mother of two with a full time career and very little time for self care. I’ve taken on a bold hair color that requires maintenance that I can’t afford in money or time. Amazingly easy with fantastic coverage!I usually color my hair myself and was looking for a better choice that was kinder to my hair. Recently used a “med brown” that came out darker than I wanted. I colored the whole head instead of just roots and paid the price it seems. I went with a medium golden brown from eSalon and the roots covered so well! The rinse process at the end, while not changing the darker color, did add some warmth it was missing and I’m confident that over time it will gradually be more of what I need (one can only do so much with a previous color that was called Cappuccino but looks more like Burnt Coffee). Was a skeptic, now a believerI'm a hard sell. My hair is a true medium ash brown but contains strong red undertones that pop out when I use box color, rendering my poor hair orange every time. So it's been either boring, flat brown that depresses me OR budget-breaking lighter happiness. I decided to take a chance -- one chance -- on eSalon and ordered the blue toner along with the custom hair color and voila! a beautiful light brown shade with honey notes that I can definitely live with. Great colorI dyed my hair with a drug store color for cartoon hair. It was fun but there came a time to straighten out the color. I had decided I wanted to try red but I wanted a red shade that looked like something God had created not something that looked fake. I took the quiz to find a shade with eSalon and they created a color. I love it. Next time I want to lighten it a little and I know they will know exactly what to do.
