Fabulous color & gray coverage!This covered my grays better than any color I’ve used in the past - home use or from a salon. I did experience some burning during the application process, towards the end, but it didn’t actually run me. Can't say one bad thing about this productI've applied it 8 weeks ago and my hair still looks Great ! The last product I used was such a waste of money .i have my second application. Great Color!This coloring system is great. I love the color that was created for me and I have gotten a lot of compliments on it! It is very rich and multidimensional. Everything was spelled out perfectly and I followed the instructions exactly how it was stated in the instructions. I think because it was quite different than how I normally color my hair at home, it came out a bit darker than it was supposed to be—however, I believe that it was my fault for not adjusting the time slightly to accommodate for it taking more time to apply. I have one minor complaint that there is a lot of packaging. It does make everything a lot easier—so I don’t know that anything could be changed or consolidated, it just was a lot to recycle/toss. So why 4 stars and not 5? I selected this product because it was supposed to leave your hair in better condition than store bought color, however, I did not find that to be the case. YES, the color does last longer, but now my hair is so dry it is constantly getting tangles and I can only comb—not brush—my hair.
