Wow!I used your product for the first time today and approached it with a bit of trepidation not knowing how things would turn out!!! I did cheat a bit when I saw how deep the colour was looking after the first 15 minutes, and only did the second timing for 5 minutes before a minor panic! I did however massage the remaining liquid through my hair for the next step. And then fingers crossed, I blow dried my hair. Amazing colour - excellent grey cover, (need to practise a bit more on some areas at the back to make sure I get it 100% covered) and love the slight coppery tint that is in the colour. It is just the right colour thank you. It’s much nicer than my very expensive salon cover! Pretty good -- pretty easy -- mostly pretty hairI used for the first time -- had about 6 weeks of growth -- I am pretty grey/white in the crown and bangs area. The directions and application of the product was easy. I just think my roots could be a little more even with the rest of my hair color -- maybe the roots needed longer than 15 minutes??? Great color!Amazing that the color could be such a great match on the first attempt. My hair is short, so I found it a challenge to apply the color on the top and sides with the brush. It looked like I ended up with color well beyong just the gray roots as I continued to apply color and fold over the sections that already had color. I found it nearly impossible to appply color properly to the back of my head; did my best, but when I lift up sections of hair, I can see I missed quite a lot. My solution will be to apply the color from the bottle next time; think it's more controllable, and easier with short hair. I will still make sure I massage the color into the roots. Perfect shadeMy first order wasn’t exactly what I was searching for. The second order they took that into account, as well as my desire to shoot for something a little different, the new color was perfect. First time coloring my own hairPretty easy to use. . The hard thing for me was I needed to do it two times because of my roots. So doing it two times in a row was a lot for someone who has never colored their own hair before. But I was surprised how nice it came out. What Beautiful FunI kept seeing the add on my games and have been bored and depressed and worried with the virus shut down so I DID it and what fun my daughter and I had I'm a great grandma so gray teenage grandkids watched family fun my mom says I look my dad when he was young curly red hair.
