AMAZING! Should have done this a long time ago!I am incredibly happy with the results of my custom hair color. I was past 11 weeks from the last time I had my hair done at the salon & the roots/grays were just too much & I couldn't take it anymore. Being quarantined during this COVID-19 Pandemic with no confident outlook on future salon date, I buckled and ordered from eSalon based on all the positive reviews. I actually had the box arrive and contemplated for over a week to do it because I was so scared I was going to ruin my hair color. I finally got up the courage after not being able to look at myself in the mirror anymore, and couldn't have been any happier! It was so easy to do & I loved the color!! Wow - pretty perect color match!I was so nervous to try this. I have never colored my own hair before. I did a test piece of hair to see if color matched and it did! So then I did all my roots. I had a lot of white hair roots and I have thick hair, so I was worried I would not have enough product but I actually had some left over. I have an undercut long pixie cut, so I think that made it a bit easier to deal with. However the hardest part was sectioning the hair well - my sectioning was not perfect, but the hair color was very forgiving and it came out so much better than I had expected. Really impressed with the color match of this product! Highly recommended. Loved that I could send in a photo during the ordering process. Color turned out nice. Process was messy and stressful.First time I have ever colored my own hair. I have friends and family who are professionals. With the quarantine, I figured I could handle myself, I followed directions carefully and got a good result. Bluffant !Franchement sceptique au départ, habituée à la couleur de mon coiffeur et très contente toujours du résultat, j'ai commandé ma couleur à e-salon, contrainte par la fermeture des salons de coiffure. J'ai reçu ma commande 15 jours après l'avoir passée, par la faute du contexte covid-19, je suis donc partie avec un apriori très négatif malgré tout et des racines blanches très inquiétantes. Mon avis sur la commandeCommande effectuée le 16/03 reçue le 9/04/2020. Très bon suivi par mail et téléphone. Correspondante aimable et professionnelle. Notice explicative détaillée et compréhensive en Français. Prix attractifs. Délai d expédition correct. Joli packaging pro, maintenant j ai plus qu à trouver quelqu'un qui voudra bien me faire la couleur car sur cheveux longs pas facile de se le faire soi même. Je donnerais mon avis et une note définitive quand la couleur sera faite. J avais fait une commande unique et je m aperçois d un abonnement, je l ai résilié sur votre site. Je ne veux pas d abonnement, j espère ne pas être prélevé sur mon compte le mois prochain, je n' ai pas autorisé de mandat SEPA via PayPal. Everyone will notice, but No one will know.As a guy, your service saves me time, AND the awkwardness of looking through a Beauty Supply shop. Most of all, the Customized Color is priceless: I've used colors in the past, mostly SEMI-Permanent knowing it would fade out in a few weeks. I was a bit nervous going Permanent. Thinking about "How do I get this out if the color's off!?" & "Maybe I can find a color that looks like my natural color, dye it back, & leave it alone." Just before my shower: I mixed my coloring (mixing bowl & brush), apply some on a comb & run it through my beard. Then I combed the rest through my hair & find a funny show for a half hour. Time to rinse out: I hop in the shower with the leftovers in the mixing bowl. Turn on the water, make a lather, & message through my scalp. Anxious to see the new me, I avoided the mirror until the end. I walked towards the sink, looked up, & saw someone that could pass for my Irish cousin. In awe, i stared at the mirror in amazement of how natural my new color looked, yet SO different. No stranger in town would have a clue it was colored. Although your instructions warn against coloring the eyebrows, I did anyway. (why have a copper tone with blond eye brows?) They too came out GREAT! Finally, I have a natural alternative color. Some bright green color contacts, I'll be all set for a new Identity. Thank you Celine for such a great color creation.
