It works, amazing color, easy to useI have been an eSalon customer for a few years. Prior to eSalon I would visit a beauty store, find my color and buy all the necessary other items to color my hair True, eSalon does cost more. (it comes with everything you need, plus mailed, no need to out and purchase.) The difference in the color from local beauty store vs. eSalon is eSalon has tailored the color specific for ME! Instead of a 6R, I have a multi-color combination specifically created for me. When I get my hair styled I will hear multiple comments "how gorgeous my hair is." I smile when I hear customers say "I want the color she has :). " Often when I am out shopping I will hear "love your hair color." I smile and say thank you. (Only I and my eSalon expert know that the color is supported by eSalon color.) The color looks natural. My hair shines. Looks full and healthy. I appreciate the expert's on eSalon. ChocolateMy new color which turned out better than expected by simply sending a picture worked out beautifully and I am thrilled. Very handy, but color not quite there yetI really like that the colors are "customized" in that you are not given a higher developer than you need. In times when it's hard to get to the salon, it's tempting to turn to box dyes, but I have always found those cause more damage than is really necessary. The kit does come with everything you need to color your hair at home, but I found the color (medium blonde) to be orangey. I asked for an adjustment, but was sent the same color with more neutralizer, and my hair still looks like it's been in a peat bog for 2,000 years. Terri Hair Diaryi am reviewing over a year after applying the first color so it may not be as thorough. i did use foil. the color that appeared after i rinsed was warm gold dk brown. i was just happy that my gray was covered. made a huge difference. i did not think i would like it as much as i did. the second box was a little different. a lighter mixture. i applied this color also wrapping each piece of hair in foil. i had so many foil pieces that i missed a few important spots. i did like this lighter color even more. Das Aha-ErlebnisHallöchen, nach dem Auftragen war ich erst einmal schockiert, da die Farbe während der Einwirkzeit schon seeehr dunkel wurde. Dachte die ganze Zeit nur oje oje wollte doch nur den grauen Ansatz weg färben.Trotzdem bin ich genau nach Anleitung weiter gegangen. Das Ergebnis war wirklich überraschend. Alles war so wie von mir gewünscht, ein echtes Aha Erlebnis. Mein Friseur, den ich für den Schnitt trotzdem brauchte ,wollte erst gar nicht glauben das ich das selbst gemacht habe, zumal sich bei meinem Friseur die Farbe nach 2-3 Wäschen immer schnell wieder herausgewaschen hat :) Also traut euch. Very nice colorThe first time it was not really the color I was looking for. After some contact with the customer service, they adjusted the formula and I am quite happy with the result.
