Game changer!Let me start off by saying I never thought I could color my own hair. I have a head FULL of extremely thick and very wavy/curly hair. It’s hard to even style day to day let alone color my own hair. But after reading the reviews I decided to take the plunge. Let me tell you….I WILL NEVER GO BACK to the salon. E salon provides the most personalized at home color experience one could hope for. I went from a very brassy level 7 with old highlights to a nice level 6 light brown. So thankful I listened to Zinali from customer service who advised I ease into the darker shade because it’s perfect. Still dealing with a slight brassy root but this is no fault of e salon and is from my previous nightmare color experience. I emailed service and they are adjusting my color to counter act the warmth for next time. Over all such a beautiful product. Hair feels healthy and the products feel nourishing and smell amazing. Just loving the shine and the fact I can just have a nice brown hair color again! If you are on the fence….just do it. It’s almost fool proof. Loved the colorI requested a brown color that would tone down the brassy color. The formula worked beautifully. The directions were user friendly. I loved that I could shampoo my hair. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!I used to buy grocery store brand hair color to cover my grays because it was both convenient and inexpensive. It certainly did the job but the color never lasted very long. I also became aware that it was damaging my hair.... that last part could be due to user error, but we'll never know since I won't ever again use store bought hair color! Once I tried eSalon, I was amazed with everything! The instructions, the ease of use, the items provided in the kit, all of it. But mostly I am so pleased and impressed with how long the color touch up has lasted! The cost is about 3 times more than what I was paying to color my own hair, but it is money very well spent! A Crown JewelThe price turned me off just a bit initially but then I thought, I would spend thrice that amount in a salon. So I splurged on myself and have zero regrets. The color was spot on and my hair felt like it was resurrected from the dread. I was just looking for a gray touch up instead I got the spa treatment. My hair never felt so soft! The color lasted through many washings I lost count. Haare fühlen sich super an !Ich hatte nur wenige graue Haare. Aber die, die ich hatte, sind nicht mehr zu sehen. Tadaaaa Grauabdeckungstest bestanden ;-)) Ich habe die Farbe " Dunkelblond-Pearl-Kupfer gewählt. Während der Einwirkzeit habe ich gezittert. Denn das sah ganz schön Rot aus. Aber Nein, nach dem ausspülen fühlten meine Haare sich super gepflegt an und dieser dezente Rotstich gefällt mir. SoftMy hair is so soft after coloring. It definitely covered my grays. I am curious to see how long that lasts. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the light brown is SO much darker than I thought it would be. I should have asked for the lightest I can go. But I do love the coverage and it has a pleasant smell. I did not use the shampoo and conditioner that came with it only because I really like my own brand so that is my reason for not commenting on that.
