Beautiful colorI was so delighted to receive my first order! The box was personalized and so pretty with easy directions and a cute little sticker to hang the instructions on the wall as you color your hair. 2 pair of gloves made the job less messy. Perfect color!This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time! For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges. The bestI have been a customer since 2017, I have never had a single issue with customer service. My orders are spot on and I love that I can customize my color to be just what I'm looking for. I love eSalons services!I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all.
