Super happyThe girl who has done my haircut/color for years is nowhere to be found since covid. I had a haircut appointment yesterday that was cancelled due to riots. My color came today from esalon. With a sick dog and life - I didn’t open the package until late and didn’t plan to do it tonight. I read the instructions and decided to go forward- seemed too easy. Is was. I like the products that keep color off the skin a lot. They are great. I made a mistake in a couple of areas close to my face but that was my error. The grey coverage elsewhere was excellent. My hair is soft especially considering I haven’t had a haircut in months. This product did not turn my ends black like box products do. Fantastic colour,well worth it.Slightly complicated at first. Soon got the hang of it,the colour for the ends makes it seem that way. Great supportMy second order was shipped and damaged so badly UPS put it in a plastic bag with a note on it.I sent out a few emails about the situation and with in a week I received a email back telling me they would be sending me out a new order no questions asked.I had pictures of my package, because in the past company's didn't believe people so just incase.I couldn't return it the hair color had exploded all over the place it was a mess,but these things do happen.But I am so happy that Escalon responded and reactivated the way they did.So thank you this is what makes good companies.
