Hair colorI liked the color that was made for me, but it washed out of my blonde hair in about 2 weeks. It's not worth the money if it's going to keep washing out every 2 weeks. Overall like how my hair came out.I had red hair before dying my hair to the dark brown that I received from eSalon, I would have to dye my hair one more time before actually getting rid of all the red. Washing the dye out was annoying, I had to shampoo and condition my hair several times before actually feeling like all the dye was out. Kinda slimy and thick product. COLOr CHANGEstopped my orders as I had asked for brown ash color to be less red and instead I wound up with black color. I am 78 years old and now have this dark colored hair. very disappointed. I called company and the lady said I had to stick to darker color and nothing could be done????????????The best part of your hair color is it lasts and doesn't fade. My problem is when the coloryou last sent was too dark. what can I do.
