I really wanted to like itI’ve seen this is on social media for a long time and was very excited to try it. It fell far short if my expectations. I customized an icy darker auburn. I chose gray coverage. It didn’t cover my grays at my roots. But, the dye did change my root color. The rest of it? NOPE. So, my roots are a nice color, except grays are still visible, and my “ends”, which include all hair but the two inches around my crown, didn’t change one bit. OverwhelmedI have used this product twice before, loved it! But this last time the ammonia smell was so bad i was having a hard time breathing, i could not keep my eyes open they were burning so bad. I started to feel my head burning and i had to have my fiance come and help me get the color rinsed out of my hair. DéçueContente d'avoir reçu le colis et hâte de faire la couleur. Malheureusement résultat final extrêmement déçue. Je suis brune foncé ayant l'habitude de changer de couleur étant passé du red wine à du cuivré pour revenir à ma couleur naturelle, j'ai voulu revenir au cuivré. Le résultat je suis tjs brune avec des reflets "cuivré". Les produits sont bien on se croit sortie du salon de coiffure mais la couleur pas au rdv. Color is good, but product makes my hair waxyThe color is great. I wish that was enough, but as soon as I go to wash out the product, my hair turns heavy and waxy! I have to wash it 7-10 times just to get the wax out of my hair. It's bizarre, and incredibly frustrating. When I used this same product years ago it did not do this. Une grosse arnaqueCe site est une grosse arnaque. Vous êtes attirée par la promotion du pack à 10€ et vous vous retrouvez à souscrire un abonnement que vous n’avez jamais accepté et prélevé de 25€ par mois sans votre aval. De plus la couleur ne tient pas bien. Elle commence à partir au bout du 2ème shampoing! De plus je n’ai jamais reçu la dernière soit disant commande qu’on m’a facturé 25€ et le service client ne veut rien savoir. Et refuse de me rembourser!
