Didn't get the color I wantedI chose an ashy type of light brown hoping to get what I asked for. I did everything as written on the note but ended up with a color much darker and redder than I wanted, or that was on the picture. Moreover, I didn't have a lot of gray hair to start off, but the color wasn't able to cover them. Not sure what to thinkAt first, the color was great, but after only two washes it faded too much, especially at the roots, it looks like I didn't dye it for a couple of months. After the second time coloring my hair, it began to fall out in the showerI liked the color the first time I used esalon and ordered the same thing for a second time. The second smelled stronger than the first but was supposed to be the exact same thing. When I used the shampoo & conditioner supplied, my hair felt like straw and it felt like I couldn't get the product out of my hair. Then my hair started coming out in large amounts in the shower. I couldn't even get a comb through it. I had to add some of my own conditioner to be able to comb it and more hair came out. I became terrified when I saw how much hair I had lost. I, fortunately, have thick hair and it is very healthy, but my hair is significantly thinner than it was before coloring my hair with the esalon products.
