Bad colourMy roots are soooooooo much lighter than the rest of my hair. Following the instructions my roots went super light, there were still greys that werent covered. Stinkt und brennt beim Auftragen.Ich habe langes, lockiges Haar und von eSalon eine zweite Flasche Haarfarbe für die Längen im Paket vorgefunden. Meine Erfahrungen: 1.) Das Mittel stinkt beim Auftragen extrem nach Wasserstoff Peroxyd. Ich bekam Atembeschwerden davon. Nirgendwo findet sich eine Beschreibung der Inhaltsstoffe. 2.) Man schickte mir für den Ansatz eine andere Farbe als für die Längen. Trotz exakter Anwendung und Zeiteinhaltung hatte ich braune Ansätze und rote Längen. Das mag schick sein, doch von mir ganz sicher so nicht gewollt. 3.) Die Menge der einzelnen Färbemittel ist viel zu viel. Die Hälfte geht davon in den Ausguss. Ich rief an und die freundliche Dame sagte mir, dass die Mengen vorgegeben und nicht veränderbar seien. 4.) What happened to your product?I had ordered the hair color several times over the past few years, and I had always been pleased. In fact, I even received compliments on the color itself. After trying a few other products, I came back again to eSalon. What a disappointment! Although the color is still very nice, the product now leaves a terrible sticky residue on my hair. After the first shipment, I thought I had neglected to rinse thoroughly. However, this time I made certain to rinse well. I had to wash my hair 4 times to get the residue out of my hair. Deceptive and Poor Customer ServiceI was shopping on the site of what looked to be a competitor and was switched to esalon. I purchased hair dye without knowing that I had been switched to esalon. I received the product, but I am not comfortable using it, after reading the terrible reviews, especially about wax that is difficult to remove. Esalon now expects me to pay shipping to return the unused product. Also, I never requested to be set up for auto ship, but in placing a complaint, I found that I was set to receive a shipment each month.
