Colour KitGreat service, I loved the individuality of it all, but the colour you arranged for me was horrible. It was the worst colour I've ever had my hair. I had to dye over it with a dark brown a couple days later. It's a shame, because I really liked the idea of it. Initially very pleasedWas initially very pleased with the colour and covering. However after only 2 weeks my grey was showing through and not from regrowth. It had been applied correctly and i used their colour shampoo and conditioner. I have sent an email asking if my colour can be adjusted and they said yes. My Medium-dark Blonde roots turned a bright orange color.I haven't colored my hair in a year (which was done by a professional colorist at professional salon and matched my natural hair color previously). Die gewünschte farbe kam nicht zu standeIch hatte mir die auch bestellt. Die gewünschte farbe kam nicht zu stande. Es hat übelst nach Ammoniak gestunken. Die Haare wurden stumpf und total strohig. Nach vielem auswaschen der Haare, war der Geruch immer noch in den Haaren... Kopfschmerzen hatte ich ständig.... Not worth itThe one box I used was too light And did not cover all of my gray. The second box, I did not know I was getting, will be thrown out. Plus it took me a while to figure out how to cancel the monthly subscription I was not aware I signed up for. My hair salon is back open. DO NOT USEI got this product to dye my hair my natural color and cover some grays as well as even out some old box color. This stuff, the ammonia first of all IS HARSH. It’s a day later I’ve washed my hair 3 times since coloring and it’s still SO STRONG. Additionally, I ordered dark brown. My hair is PITCH BLACK and I didn’t even leave it in for the full 30 min. Plus my hair feels like legit straw. Customer service is great but I will never use this product again nor do I recommend it. My hair was so healthy before this I’m so upset.
