I love e color.I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice. I just put it all over my head and use my fingers to massage it in then wait for 40 minutes. Great color and shineI was hoping for a little more info on how long to leave the color on my gray areas. When I went to pour the remainder of color onto my head, the strong ammonia smell made it hard to breathe! Poor customer service!I ordered this product a few weeks ago. Within a day or so of ordering (before the item shipped), I called because I had an unforeseen situation. I had to abruptly leave where I was staying and go back home. I had to leave in order to avoid being exposed to COVID-19. The person I was staying with needed to be quarantined and did not want to stay in a hotel. So I asked that the item be shipped to my home address. The customer service agent told me there was nothing she could do. I also wrote a complaint in the survey I was sent. No response. Surprisingly goodI was surprised by how good the the color blended to my hair. The only drawback is my gray started poking through after only two weeks. Hopefully the next order will resolve that. Otherwise I told my hair stylist it would be a while before I needed her.
