Recent Dye JobWith the pandemic lock down and our province was the worse, shutting all borders on March 11, I kept meaning to dye my hair and had actually two shipments come in but when the only place to go is the grocery store and the pharmacy, why bother, put a hat on! Then you think that with the hairdresser not open to cut your hair, why dye hair that you wont be keeping. Well, finally, the hairdresser opened and by the time she was finished, I discovered my hair was now gray, white, blonde and black. She said to wait and see if maybe I would prefer it that way. Well, I got a call to go for a cat scan that had been postponed and thought oh god, no way I can go to the hospital looking like that, they would admit me for sure because no one in their right mind would go out looking like that, so out came the dye. You know, I seriously didn't know if all would be dyed ok, but I did have more dye if worse came to worse. I have been a customer of yours for many years but didn't think in that drastic a case, it would cover the many colors involved. I shouldn't have worried, everything came out perfect!! I look human again and my hair looks great!! I wish I had more places to go though to show off, but we are still unable to leave the province without going into quarantine and living in a tourist town with no tourists, there is no place to go but I am thinking that maybe after my appointment tomorrow, I will get out my bike and peddle my ass around town to show everyone my hair (without the baseball cap). I am so happy I switched to you because I am totally certain that one dye job with someone elses product would NEVER have done this so well. Thank you! Switched from Madison Reed to ESalonI like very much how a stylist reached out and contacts you. I ended with getting a dark brown for my roots and gold for the ends. Love it - 2nd time was the charm!the first color I applied was too ashy and dark. It faded nice over about 9 weeks. I was scheduled to get my second color at 12 weeks, but changed it.to a closer date. I adjusted it for a little more warmth and bam, just right. Love it. I was recovering from a bayalage color that I was over, it has been lock down, everywhere has been closed. I have tried another brand that is common in FB ads, but the color choices weren't right, so custom color was great- I loved the fact that they give such specific easy to follow directions. Amazing customer serviceMy eSalon box got sent back twice at no fault of their own. I was having issues with my post office and so the first time it happened I called them to let them know and before even waiting for the shipment to return they sent out a new 1. When the second shipment got returned I was going through a busy week didn't have time to call so they reached out to me and let me know that my shipment was returned again. no questions asked they resent my shipment for the third time. Luckily by that time USPS had learn to do their job and I received my package. The package basically was two hair dyes because I have long hair. one for my roots and one for the rest of my hair. this was astonishing to me cuz did I mention I only paid $10. The hair color didn't come out quite like I had thought it would but I also hurried up and rushed through the Styling quiz section so again no fault of eSalon. Anytime anybody asks me if I dyed my hair I am sending them to your company you guys rock.
