Color changeI just had Sara change the % of peroxide now 15% but color is still too yellow. I would like a beige tone; my hair stylist suggested a Pearl color without peroxide.. What do you think? Custom color setI’ve always loved your products for years and have always gotten lots of compliments and people always love my hair color. This year I’ve been asked why I have changed my hair color! Also, when I color my hair it’s not the same texture it used to be. Have you changed your product? I’m thinking of finding a new place to buy my hair color and products and I’m very disappointed because I have truly loved your products in the past. Any suggestions? WOMEN BEWARE!!! SEVERE HAIR LOSS!I have very long, naturally red hair. I've used this product two times to cover my grays. After the 1st application I noticed heavier than usual hair shedding. After the 2nd application on April 2nd I immediately had severe hair loss. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still losing hair at a catastrophic rate. I was literally crying in my bathroom this morning as I very cautiously brushed my hair and watched in horror as hundreds of strand of hair fell into the sink. I will definitely NOT be reordering, and I will warn every woman I can reach to avoid this company and their products. Sadly, the reviews I originally read were great. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. The color was not for me. (Dark Pearl Copper Blonde)I was anticipating a dark blonde. My natural color is dark blonde. I dyed my hair and became an auburn color. After about a week some fading started. Next I was dark blonde. One to two weeks thereafter seems I was at my original color. This is washing my hair everyday or every other day. I was offered a credit and was told I cannot purchase something like the tint rinse or shampoo with that. I’d rather do so because the color I was not as happy with as I thought I would be. Wrong ColorI had asked to have my color lightened and my adjusted color was the exact same color as last time...I have asked again to have it lightened this month so hopeful this works out as I was told I am getting another root touch up in a lighter color and a different product for the rest of my hair...my hair is pretty dark so concerned I am not going to blend well if I don't do an all over color but did address this with colorist so we will see 1 de 1 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Rousse au lieu de blond beige.Atroce, je me retrouve rousse au lieu de blond clair (je suis blonde foncé et j’ai commandé un blond clair beige). Franchement dégoûtée. Même un soin éclaircissant de grande surface me fait moins passer au orange. Et oui j’ai bien respecté le mode d’emploi et le temps de pose.
