Beautiful color

The color-gorgeous! My hair felt thick and healthy and shiny!!! BUT IT WAS TOO DARK. I COMPLAINED AND DID NOT GET REFUND even after I told them of fading color after first wash. I would like to try color that matches, please only much lighter?

pleased then disappointed

I was very pleased at first, but then after a few weeks the color started to fad at the roots. I t was not new grow out it the old grow out. I have been doing hair for over 42 years and have never seen that before.I can go 3-4 months before I seen that.

the color matches perfectly to my natural color however does not last as long as the box hair color from walmart....wish it lasted longer

I loved loved the color I received. Unfortunately, it faded a little quickly for my tastes, but I think I'll be trying the permanent formula next time.
