I wanted to love it, but didn'tI started using this a few years ago. I love the company and customer service was really good for the first couple times when I had questions or wanted to adjust things. I found the color fades extremely fast on the hair dye and I ended up adjusting it so much because you can't really tell what it's going to turn out like. It often didn't look like how I was trying to get it to look. What would be good would be to see X is what your hair will look like with this color or a shade sampling but you don't get that unfortunately. My roots are still red and fade out so quicklyMy request/goal was a hint of red in my medium-dark hair. This is auburn or was when I was choosing a color. A small amount of red to add a tone that was noticeable when the sun shined on my head, that was what I wanted. When I'm indoors under recessed light, my freshly colored roots look very red. A week later they are pale, almost pink taking on a glow. I'm now buying boxed ash brown to get by. The dual process should be the perfect system to create a completed coloring for my "simple" request especially with increasing grey to deal with. Nicht ganz....Grundsätzlich finde ich das Produkt gut. Es ist alles super erklärt und einfach anzuwenden. Kein unangenehmer Geruch beim Färben. Auch das Shampoo und die Pflege riechen angenehm.
