I’ve used this twice and I cannot see any difference. After shampoo, this is run through. It lathers up, which I was not fond of as I use non sulfate, none lathering shampoos to save my color. It is very drying, even with the use of conditioner. The second time I used a hair mask for additional conditioning but still drying. I believe I wasted my money 😖

This product did nothing to neutralize the mild brass/red tones I have in my light to medium brown hair. After using the product my hair was shiny, but still had the brassy tones. Overall I'm disappointed. Would not purchase this product again.

I was really hoping to love this product, I had so much hope that I bought 2 after watching some YouTube reviews. I used the tint rinse every other day leaving it on as long as 15 minutes the last time. It seemed to add a darker hue to my hair, but didn’t get rid of the red. I did give 3 stars for fast shipping

The product does a great job of covering the brassiness in my hair, but I cannot use it anymore. My hands get contact dermatitis everytime I use the product. Under ingredients, phenoxyethanol is listed. This preservative is banned in Japan as it can cause damage to the brain and nervous system.

I tried this rinse to see if it would bring out my natural color and even out some red I have. I have black hair so I do realize it would not change too much but I thought I'd try it anyway. It did make my hair incredibly soft and silky looking so I will continue to finish it but it didn't make any difference at all with my color or even anything out.

This product gave no tint to brighten or revive my bold color of copper. I was very disappointed after using the product. Looking at the color that was represented in the picture I thought it was perfect. Didn’t work at all.

I had just dyed my hair red a week ago and when I used the Tint Rinse it made my hair brown and took away all of the bright red I had just paid for. I am very upset that this happened.

I'm not sure this product actually does anything for my hair. It's pretty when it comes out of the bottle, kinda glittery. And I like that it doesn't stain my hands. But I can't tell that it makes a difference, and for the price I don't really think it's worth it to purchase again.

I love your tint rinse in Copper. I wanted to see if the red would improve my hair color but it is not working. I will stay with the Copper Tint Rinse. It work well.

Tried using it a couple times, as directed. Absolutely no change to my tint. Really disappointed, after paying $6 to have this shipped - took a week to arrive and product did not work as described.

Didn't like it. showed up on pillow case. Color was brassy or something. A friend even asked me if I did something new to my hair. She didn't seem to like it either. Only used it once. Can I return it? It's not for me.

Maybe I was expecting too much when I purchased this. I've only used it a couple of times so far and I did not notice much difference in the color being boosted or extra shine. I will continue to use it twice a week as recommended and see if I change my opinion.

I purchased the red neutralizer to try to dull how brassy my undertones in my dark brown hair. This product does NOT work. It literally did nothing to my hair. It didn’t change anything, besides making my hair dry. Don’t waste your time.

Utilisé deux fois, mais je ne vois pas comment ça peut marcher dans le sens où dès que le shampoing mousse il devient blanc, et le temps de pose est très court, je ne sais pas comment les pigments peuvent servir le cheveu. Agréable pour un shampoing mais je ne pense pas recommander, de toute façon, à part la couleur chimique, j'utilise normalement des produits faits-maison.

I appreciated eSalon's prompt effort to correct a bad color experience, and the tint rinse arrived 48 hours later, however it did not tone down the orange hair or correct the problem. I did have to go into a salon to have a color correction treatment done. I learned that color by mail order just is too risky for me despite the friendly and prompt service from Salon.

I got this product because I thought it would put color in my hair, I have previously bleached hair and there's a 0% difference after I use it. My hair looks completely the same color and I wasted my money on this because all the reviews were really good but it didnt work at all, I followed the instructions. It's a waste of money I advise no one to waste their money on this terrible product.

The product absolutely works to tone brassiness out of light brown hair but it is incredibly drying. My hair is thin and fine and after the treatment it felt as though my hair would break. I would recommend a very deep conditioning treatment before and after use.

I knew it wouldn't change my color on my ends but read that it give your hair shine. When I used it I got nothing, no shine at all. It look like I didn't use the product.

The color rinse is good in that it adds color nicely, but I found the formula drying. It is more of a second shampoo and I expected a condition. So, perhaps it was out of sync with expectation. But, like with all eSalon items, the quality is top notch and the customer service is exceptional.

I've been using this weekly since September. I can't say I notice any difference after use. It does have a nice lather, but although it is a rich copper color coming from the tube, no color is left in the tub, on my hands or body, and the lather is pure white.

I literally had to buy a bathmat in order to use this. The first time I used it was positively scary. It was so slippery on the bottom of the shower. I had to hold onto the walls to get out.

I wish this worked for me. The color/level of tint is fine, but I don't like the way it makes my hair feel (like there's a sticky residue all over my head that I can't rinse out..). I've used it a handful of times, thinking maybe there was something I could do differently, but there isn't.
