It is hard to notice much about these tints. Plus, they tend to be drying. Warm beige worked a little better than the blonde.

I was really hoping that this product would extend my colour and save me money in between toners but can't say it's make any difference at all! The product is so runny feels like it's watered down. Not impressed!

I would like to say for me, it was watery and smells funny. It did said it's tinted and not something that Brighting the hair. Unless it supposed to that too. I tried it a few times and didn't see a difference.

The brown rinse left my hair soft and silky, the golden shade which i tried for variety resulted in an immediate frizzy mess. I didnt leave it on for more than a few seconds and never used it again. The eventual solution to the frizz was to grow it out and cut it off. I cant understand how two such similar products can be so different.

Schade, für mich bzw. meine Haare nicht geeignet. Die Farbauffrischung ist zwar super, doch bereits beim einwirken und ausspülen für mich sehr unangenehm. Trotz Spülung waren meine Haare kaum durchkämmbar und auch beim Fönen und stylen war alles schwierig. Ich werde es nicht mehr anwenden. Schade!

I was excited to use this product because I previously have used the color hair mask and it worked wonders, but I wanted something more low-key for color maintenance. When I used this product it not only added no color to my hair, but I think stripped some of my color out. It really dried out my hair, did not make it shiny like it said it would.
I was also confused that this product lathered because other tint related products do not lather, they act more like conditioner.

It looked like I had put iodine in my hair and patchy. I washed hair normally then, applied the rinse. I let it sit a bit like stated then rinsed well and conditioner. Let air dry as normal. I gave it to my daughter in law to let her try. She has natural dark and wanted to try the tint and see if it works for her

Do a test strand before doing your whole head! I have naturally dark brown hair with chocolate babylights that have faded to more of a brassy dark blonde. I was expecting this color to be a dark reddish brown because of the name and description, but it turned my highlights pink and didn’t do anything to my natural hair (which i was fine with and was expecting). I’m giving it two stars because it’s a nice pink color, but I definitely don’t want pink hair right now. Thankfully I just did one strand to test it, I just hope it washes out completely. It might work better for other people but idk why it didn’t work for me.

This dried out my hair so that it felt like straw. I used it twice and got the same result both times. I don’t think it even added much color. Waste of money for me…it went in the garbage.

It made my hair look red mahogany shade which is interesting - but opposite from what I want. Hope it fades soon. It seemed damaging. Had to use lots of conditioner afterwards. Would be careful and not try this unless you are mot going anywhere.

I used this and I do think it lessened the brassiness but felt like it was difficult to rinse out like it left a film on my hair. I will continue to try as once dry my hair was fine.

I enjoyed that this adds color back into my hair in between coloring so that my color continues to be vibrant. However, I haven't used it as much as recommended because it leaves my hair feeling thick and greasy from the product buildup. I will continue to use what I have but will not be ordering this specific product again.

I’ve tried this product twice now, the second time being yesterday. Both times it turned my long, curly hair in to a nest of knots. It took me almost 20 minutes and a good bit of conditioner to gently get them out. While it did enhance my hair color nicely, it wasn’t worth the trouble of the knots. Personally, I won’t be using this product again! (As a side note, I’ve absolutely loved every other product I’ve gotten from eSalon and I will remain a loyal customer! 😊)

Why would you neutralize the red? I asked for dark brown with blue undertones so my hair would have shine and not appear dull. By neutralizing the red, I was very away the blue and red together would give it a bit of a purple look in sunlight. That’s what I was going for. I have flat dull hair that is obviously colored.

For whatever reason, this just didn't do much to reduce the red tones in my hair. I have med-dark brown hair and like to color it a shade lighter with some highlights. My hair tends to get reddish tones so I'm still trying to find the perfect mix/processing time maybe.

Made my hair look like cherry or pink and on the sides in my hair I have to keep cutting it’s about 4 inches wide 4 inches long because I’ve been cutting it off it feels Light cotton it ruined my hair made my hair pink cherry color threw it out out. Not made to refresh color for grays. Instructions target lower part of hair and roots. Claim is to produce more shine. I mistakenly thought the refresh would help cover gray outgrowth while waiting for next shipment.

I used a dark brown dye on my hair and after a while it became brassy and red. Unfortunately this product didn't fix it even after multiple uses. The product is good quality and smells great, it just was not right for me.

I wanted this to work but it did absolutely nothing for my hair except leave it dry and a wod of my hair came out when I rinsed it out. I used as directed and I used it twice to be sure but won’t be risking my hair again.

Didn't hurt my hair by any means, but I didn't really notice it helping with toning down the red tones I have throughout my hair. I went to a cooler brunette color dye from a more auburn tint, so I got this to go along with it for in between dye jobs as the color faded some.

I really like the concept of this product, however it was so runny. It would occasionally leak a bit on my bathroom floor from sitting in the container. And since it was so runny. It was hard to really keep the product really well in your hair.

My hair is soft black so its dark. This tint rinse really stains your hands & fingernails. It's a bit watery so comes out quickly and will make a mess. Use gloves or it will stain bad. I don't see a color difference in my hair so I feel it was a waste of money.

It came with everything when I bought my first kit. I was slightly confused as the instructions on the leaflet said to use it before and the instructions on the bottle said to use after. I ended up getting a phone call from one of the advisors who was an extremely lovely and helpful lady. She confirmed i should use it before so i did as i was told.
I bought demi permanent dye and the more i wash my hair the more copper it comes out (blue/purple shampoo is not helping). I'm very disappointed and wish I had gone with my guts and skipped this product altogether.

I chose this based on description and reviews. I have caramel brown color with lighter blonde highlights. I really wanted to use something to make my highlights pop. I tried it once, followed directions and nothing happened. Tried it for a second time, this time I used more and left it longer and I almost feel like it made left my base color with more reddish tones. I am not sure if I chose the right product for me or if it just didn't work for me. I would hate to order again, pay shipping and get it wrong. I was so hopeful after reading the reviews and couldn't wait to get it. Unfortunately I am a little disappointed.

I like the product, the colour and how easy it is to use but hair feels likes rough and tangles easy afterwards, similar to the feeling of washing without conditioning. Discontinued use
