I’ve been a little disappointed.My last 2 color sets have not covered my gray roots as they usually do. I left the color on my roots for 30 minutes last time, but the result was a transparent looking light red color that doesn’t match the rest of my hair that is a darker red brown. Didn’t do anythingI used the recommended colorfill, then followed the directions and added the Demi color to my hair. Neither of the products seemed to work. Not even my lighter ends picked up color. Medium blondeThis blend is on orange side. It defiantly does not blend with my Natural color. Even though I chose the lighter option when addressed my my colorist, I was under the impression that I was getting color to treat all my hair not just my roots. Even though the roots were my initial concern, I wanted a lighter tone all around, not just my roots and now they have a orange tint. No noticeable color changeI tried this twice and sadly have been disappointed. Both times I could not even tell I colored my hair at all. I followed the instructions exactly. Nothing. Not requested colorI'm dissapointed. I requested a more neutral shade with a hint of warmth but the color I received (and followed instructions for using) turned out VERY warm (orangeish). In fact, the color seems very close to the last color I received and wasn't satisfied with. The pic (of my desired color) I attached to my last order is much more of a rich, neutral medium brown base color, and the highlights are a caramel shade. I'll accept another free base color that attempts to meet the more neutral shade I'd like (with a touch of warmth). Loved the color, but grays still thereI was skeptical about getting a hair color over the internet, but I after I finish coloring, I was shock on how good it looked. I was disappointed in the coverage for my gray hair. Did not cover my gray hairs at all. I have them around my temple of my head. I was very disappointed with that, I had to go get a gray touch up to make it looked good. Not what I thoughtThe color is much lighter then I thought it would be and it seems to be sporadic. The top is much lighter and the ends are much darker. Not good coverage for gray hairsUnfortunately it didn’t cover my grey hairs. They are all visible. Also the color isn’t unique in my whole hair. Didn't stick to my hairI colored my hair with this following all directions. Within 2 weeks of coloring it, my gray was showing and my ash color from my previous color was coming through!!! Today I get an email they charged my card and shipped an "autoship". No email was sent to warn there was an upcoming automated shipment or that I was going to be charged. Horrible experience. The smell was too powerful and dried out my hairI was hopeful that this product would work for me, but was very disappointed. First off the smell was very strong. So much so that by the time I got into the shower it was burning my eyes and nose, and my eyes would not stop watering. This alone would make me not want to use again. On top of that it really dried out my hair, and I am just now able to not have it full of static after 5 weeks. The color faded pretty quickly, and I can see my grey showing again. I am getting one more bottle due to the auto ship. I called to cancel the order, but was told that I could not cancel it even though it has not shipped. I will not be using it. Die Farbe ist EIGENTLICH super, aber...Allerdings ist es alleine tatsächlich eher schwierig, die Farbe den Anweisungen entsprechend aufzutragen. Eine Freundin hat das für mich gemacht. Das Ergebnis war super, die Farbe und die Abdeckung toll, ohne künstlich zu wirken. Don’t buy this product!Zero stars. They must have sent me a bad batch of peroxide because the dye dissolved the ends of my hair and it tangled so badly I had to cut six inches from my hair! My scalp burned as well. The product was sticky and hard to get out of my hair even after several shampoos. Save your hair and don’t order this horrible product. Hair dye,I loved the colour and had lots of compliments. Unfortunately it is more like a wash in wash out dye. After 2 nd wash & condition the roots started to fade, it went from warm brown to orange undertones. After 3rd wash it was more obvious that the roots were showing through. The chemical/ammonia was so strong, the entire application process was so uncomfortable and gave me a terrible headache. My scalp now feels tight and itchy. Recommendations were not takenI had added specific additional comments to my order that my hair dresser gave me. Because I had relocated and have not found a hair dresser yet, I decided to try eSalon vs. Sally products due to the quality. DONT PURCHASEthis is unbelievable, I was so excited to try this instead of just buying regular box dye since i loved that they make it so easy. Unfortunately, i was extremely disappointing, i have virgin hair and this was the first time dying my hair, so I was really excited. My hair is natural and extremely healthy so there's no reason as to why this shouldn't go smoothly. i followed all the instruction very carefully, never skipped anything and fully saturated my hair, and left it on for the recommended times. after removing it i was extremely disappointed my hair didnt change . a single shade. Way too darkEverything about the color and description of my blend lead me to believe this would be an auburn or even straight up medium red-toned blend. Wrong. On my head it ended up being almost dark burgundy, even after washing. It's not a bad color, and the process was as easy as any other home dye kit I'd used, but it's not the result I expected, and certainly not what I wanted. I'm almost worried I'm going to have to bleach this out or go through two or three dye cycles of something else to get back just to where I was before I used this color. Too dark, not what I was looking for.This color, while pretty, is way too dark and it doesn't have a purple hue to it at all. It just looks like I have dark brown hair with a red undertone. In certain light it looks like a dark Auburn. Not what I wanted, and I was pretty sad when I saw the results. Not happyAfter taking a break I decided to give it a try hoping the formula would change . It has not . After following each step the end result was the same , my hair felt sticky , as if I was washing my hair with honey . I just couldn’t get it to come clean ! Poor coverageI just colored my hair and still have gray hair. I followed the directions step by step, yet as soon as I finished washing my hair, gray hair was seen. Poor resultThe application was incredibly laborious for a poor result. Colour looks incredibly unnatural and brassy in daylight. The root and tip application that was suggested has left me with barely any colour on my ends, and uneven colour. Despite following the instructions to the t and applying with a brush for even coverage. I also question how the dye differs from your standard box dye.
