FadesSo disappointed. The color when it first came out and ordered ten years ago was awesome and I used it quite a while. Now it is like drugstore box color. It fades, does not cover greys well, and overall does not deliver. UNHAPPYThis is my second order. First order color was too dark and I asked for the color to be made lighter I don't notice a difference. My color is suppose to be medium brown. My hair looks like its darkest brown. I hate it. I thought I was dealing with color specialists. MehDidn't find it any better than the store box brands. Color okish. Hair feels and smells like box color. Not sure what is custom about it, maybe the label says my name idk. Hair is the same colourI gave 2 stars because the kit is brilliant, much better than box dye. However, the first kit I received made my hair far too dark, the complete opposite of what I wanted. This kit they adjusted the colour for me and I've just done it...my hair is the exact same colour. Didn't make any noticeable differenceI have medium blonde hair and I was looking to go ginger (strawberry blonde). I was excited to try my custom blend and I had high hopes but unfortunately it didn't make any noticeable difference in my hair. My hair didn’t look any differentAfter reading the instructions and then applying the color, when I got finished all the color was down the drain. Haven't colored my hair in a whileFor me, this was a bit more tedious to use on my own, a bit messy for me. I love how the color turned out, but it was hit and miss in areas? Luckily it is so subtle that it blends in and allows my white hair to appear as highlites. Farbe viel viel viel zu dunkel!Farbe viel viel viel zu dunkel! Das bestellte KIT Hat einen sehr schönen und professionellen Eindruck gemacht. Leider war der gratis farbauftrage Pinsel nicht dabei!. ich habe circa 25-30 % graue Haare in meinem blonden deck-Haar, weshalb ich mir Sorgen gemacht habe , dass die Farbe nicht decken könnte. Das war aber nicht der Fall. Zusätzlich ist das Kit super gut erklärt und man kann sich mit der Beschreibung gut auseinandersetzen! Ich habe ein blond mit leichten Kupferstich bestellt: bekommen habe ich ein Kupfer-rotes braun welches ich jetzt auf dem Kopf habe, Darüber bin ich sehr enttäuscht! es ist nicht so, dass die Farbe nicht schön wäre, es ist aber nicht das was ich bestellt habe und jetzt hab ich dunkle Haare! Ich muss also jetzt noch mal das vielfache an Geld in die Hand nehmen, um zu einem Friseur zu gehen der mir die Haare rettet! Von den Schäden durch Die bevorstehende Behandlung mal ganz abgesehen, ist es echt nicht cool. bottle had only Gold color-and replacement had only Gold colorWhen you are selling your service as Custom Hair Color, you should be sending your customers the blended color. Last month, I received a bottle that clearly had only one color in it. It was easy to see when comparing it to the chart, that it only had the Gold color in it. So, I sent an email and was told that a replacement would be sent that had the correct blend in it. But once again, the bottle had only the Gold color in it. Very disappointedAfter following ALL the instructions, I was ready to rinse. Filled bottle with water, and rinsed my hair till water was clear. …I then noticed that the bottle was STILL 2/3 FULL of THE HAIRCOLOR MIX?? Color not lasting as longSo I have been with u all for awhile n I have been noticing a problem with the color fading a lot faster then it used too. DisappointingThe gray coverage was inadequate, despite my entire head being saturated. I had gray in the front that did not tint and, with my 41st birthday coming up, it was affecting me. I thought I could deal with it, but as the weeks passed, it faded rapidly and I decided to visit my stylist at the 5 week mark rather than 8. I had planned to begin doing my own color and having her do the cut to save money, but eSalon ensured I won't be doing that. No matter what I do, this color does not cover.I ha e given this a try 3 separate times and despite following the instructions to a T, this color does not cover well, leaves spots, and doesn't even color baby hairs. What it does cover , fades quicker, and it is no longer covering resistant grays that it had always covered in the past. This does not seem like the same quality product I have always received. When I buy professional color similar to the color I had requested on here, it turns a dark black/ blue. Changes?I just happened to read some recent reviews and learned that other long time customers are experiencing the same results as I am. Prior to the following, I got so many compliments on the color and condition or my hair. Now my color is faded within a few weeks to a brassy orange, my hair is limp ( I use e-salon recommended products) and my grays show through at the roots within 7-10 days of applying touch up. Not as expectedComplicated and messy process compared to box dyes. The " roots" mixture when finishing at the end was so strong smelling.. It nearly made me pass out and there was no way i could leave it on my hair or continue to massage for 2-3 minutes because the fumes were so strong that it made it difficult to breathe. And couldn't find anywhere staying to be prepared for that it would've opened a window. Plus, didn't cover greys very well. Packaging doesn't say how long coloring should last either. Most recent color turning pinkAagghh!!! My color is going from a dark red to pink, not at all what I wanted or expected. I requested a change in my color to more closely get my color to ginger biscuit red which should be more of a copper, less dark red, and will hopefully prevent this turning pink issue. I find it disturbing, especially since it has only been in my hair for less than 3 weeks. Didn't cover my graysThis is the second time I try this product. The first time, I followed the directions and my hair didn't pick up the color with one use so I did it twice since I had product left over and then my hair took up the dye. The same thing happened this second time around, none of my grays picked up the color so I have uneven color throughout. MisleadingI tried this colour out and it didn’t seem to cover at all. I have tried contacting them and all I seem to be told is the department I need to speak too is unavailable and someone will get back to me by email. Color is lovely at firstThe color has not completely covered my gray hair. It is like it’s stained but not completely covered. I wonder will the next coloring color it or not, since it hasn’t been colored in about 6 months. Not the color shownThis color was nothing like what was shown. I was supposed to be strawberry blond. It had basically no red in it at all and made my hair darker than it was and looks like a gross light brown. So disappointed as now that it is dyed I can't lighten even back to my normal color.
