Ähm....... meine Farbe sollte Aschblond sein mit etwas Kupfer. Bekommen habe ich 100% kupfer"blond". Ich bin NICHT zufrieden und möchte nichts mehr erhalten. Didn't feel much different than a drugstore brandWasn't overly impressed with my color, to be honest. I think my color turned out too orangey red to be considered mahogany. Doesn’t keep color on grays and fades quicklyI have seen noooo change in spite of my last note/request. I’m ready to move on. AgreeI totally agree with previous comments that something has changed. My gray coverage lasts 2-3 weeks tops. Extremely frustrated. I wonder if it's worth it any longer? I have had to go to a hairdresser in between to touch up b/c I no longer trust this product to last. Could you please be transparent and tell us what has changed? Does not cover grey.I told the customer service person to cancel my subscription but she kept wanting me to talk to the colorist. I am not going to keep paying for a product I’m not satisfied with. The 100% guarantee is not true. 3 boxes came and no offer of a refund for poor grey coverage. I shouldn’t have to repeat to a colorist that grey is not covering when the original ask was grey coverage. I also did not sign up for a subscription. I ordered just to try the product out. Then I got another box and another one is on the way. I had barely used the 1st box. Without getting feedback if the 1st box was satisfactory they send more boxes. It was okI was not as impressed as I wanted to be. After my previous online color provider closed leaving me with only a few options besides drug store color, I decided to try eSalon. Color was not as dark as I thought it would be and it seems to be fading faster than the other color I used. I decided to change my color to darker, so we will see how that color is. Quality ReducedI have been eSalon customer for many years and I was happy with the product until recent months when I started to experience that the color was not sticking for even a week period, after the first wash the color started to go off the roots and within the next couple of washes the gray roots are obvious. Did not produce the color i expected.I expected to be a dark, ash brown. My hair is jet back with silver highlights. I look like I have a ton of grey hair when the light catches it. (I had no grey hair before). Trying this product was a mistake. Not Covering Gray, STILL Incorrect Color & Excessive BreakageDespite my extremely detailed CONTINUAL requests, the color in my kit is still incorrect! I require a light to medium copper, (the color of my hair), to touch-up my roots between visits to the salon. No matter how many times I've specified, I'm yet to receive a color remotely similar to that I've requested--light/med copper! I don't want burgundy, mahogany or anything resembling either, but that's what you continue to send - my color requests, to date, have apparently been ignored as I continue to receive burgundy, mahogany &/or variations/combinations thereof. I've had to get highlights because my so-called estyle "colorist" couldn't follow instruction, blended the wrong color & I didn't realize until it was too late. Moreover, regardless, of which color you send-- NONE of them cover gray. I followed the instructions (time-periods) carefully, but still the gray in my hair remained. In addition to the aforementioned, and most upsetting of all, is that your hair color BREAKS-off a great deal of my hair each time I use it. As stated, I followed directions precisely & was very careful not to leave it on longer then instructed. I realize there is some breakage when coloring, but this is much more than experienced previously or since- if I use much more of your color I'll be bald & won't have to worry about hair color &/or covering gray! Didn't cover my gray hairI'm just disappointed. The color kit did .it cover or mask or color my gray hair at all. It only made them stand out even more after I put the color on my hair. Ratio inconsistentSo I been witnessing inconsistencies on the ratio developer/ color for a while..no biggie I guess ... Quality of productThe last couple of times I have used my color I noticed it was different, not a light brown but more orange. I also noticed that I have a lot of grays that didn't color and around my face I'm lucky if I get 2 weeks. My main concern is how orange my hair looks, I used a color balance blue shampoo to help with orangeness, but it didn't help much. I've been a member since 2012 and never had any issues until now. Did not like!The change to the new color set was very disappointing. It said to leave in for 30 minutes and my hair came out in different shades. The center of my hair didn’t match the outside. What’s going on?I have been using this product for years and all of a sudden the color is inconsistent, does not cover well, and fades terribly. Never Again!!!I've never been so disappointed from a product then I have with Esalon. I give a 2 star rating because twice my hair came out okay looking at best. I've either had hot roots, or just splotches looking results. Or not the color I wanted?? This last batch really sealed the deal for me half my grays are still noticeable. I've been dying my own hair for many years and never have I had results like I've had with this line. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Even the shampoo and conditioner (always my favorite part) is like using cheap product. Always leaving my hair feeling and looking awful. And even the shipping takes 5 days sometimes longer to receive after the order is filled. I was so excited to try this product. PLEASE DO nOT SEND further productI emailed the company about this issue the day after I received your kit in May. I said, the color selected was not the right color and DO NOT SEND MORE PRODUCT UNLESS I SEND PICTURES> NOw there is another kit on the way and I still have not been able to send photos of my current hair color because my computer has been down. Does no long cover my gray hair.The past three colors I have had bad results with my color. It does not color my gray and some hair has color and some does not. I look like I had a bad box color done. I discussed this with a stylist one other time and I did what she advised it did not work. Over the years the formula has changed and what I used to love about my colors is all gone now. Not sure if I actually want to use this nowI opened my box and I’m very skeptical to use this as there’s only 2 very small bottles. I have extremely long and pretty thick hair so I feel like this won’t be enough to fully cover / color my entire head of hair. I looked online and a lot of people who have shorter hair than mine ended up with not enough product and splotchy hair color. The color is awful!I am usually very satisfied with the colors I receive but the most recent one was supposed to be darker than the last and it is not. The color itself is too orange. Worst experience everThe first time I received my hair color from esalon, it was the right color which was natural black. The second time I received my hair color from them, they sent me a reddish tinted color and I hate that color in my hair. Not knowing my hair color would turn out that color I dyed my hair and afterwards it looked horrible. I did not change anything in my plan so I have no idea why they sent me that color. I even emailed them about it and they told me to send them a picture which was yesterday and they still have not gotten back to me. You can’t mess with peoples hair. I was furious. I will not ever use their products again. I found a better product to use and got my hair back to how I wanted it. Keine Grauabdeckung1. die Lieferung dauerte viel zu lange. Ich war sehr unzufrieden. Deshalb konnte erst jetzt die Farbe angewendet werden. Die Farbe ist sehr schön, doch leider konnte eine gute Grauabdeckung nicht stattfinden. Ich habe alles so aufgetragen wie angegeben und die Zeit eingehalten (sogar noch etwas länger) aber das graue Haar welches eigentlich komplett abgedeckt werden sollte, ist immer noch sehr prägnant. FormulaI’m sorry this seems to be a very different formula from I started using esalon in 2016. I restarted using it and my hair was stiff and brittle, felt horrible!!!! Color did not do any justice either! I wish I could modify the color myself and see a picture or a preview of what I want. Service not as advertisedCame back to e-salon on after taking a year off from color. Followed all the steps, updated profile with current pictures, and explained exactly what I needed. The colorist never bothered to contact me to clarify anything. Actually I doubt that she even looked at my comments or photos. They sent me 1 bottle of color which would not be enough to color my long hair with lots of premature grey and almost a year without coloring. When I called to get an explanation I was told that there were no colorists available and I’d have to call them back. That is extremely poor customer service and not what this company claims to provide. I’m better off going back to store brands like L’Oreal or Clairol. Formula changed??I have colored my hair both in a salon and at home. I had a couple boxes of color from about 8 months ago and they worked so good with great coverage, deep, rich color, that I decided I wasn't going to a salon anymore and would once again color my own hair. I recently used the box I received 3 months ago, and it didn't feel like the same formula. The color wasn't deep and rich, it didn't cover my grays. I was so disappointed as I colored my hair the night before I was heading on a 2 week vacation. Normally color gives your hair a lift but this actually did the opposite as my hair still looked like it needed colored. I have resorted to using the tint rinse to make my hair look better. Colour great but…The colour is great but since December they are not covering the grey/ washing out very quickly- use to last me 8 weeks now its a max of 3! Was advised to get a darker colour but was the same and didn’t suit me. Shame because the colour is even and nice. Realised today that despite adding an extra item I’ve been charge 5.95 p&p. Couldn’t get it rightI’ve had two goes now at getting the copper colour I get in a salon and both have been unsuccessful. Both times the colour has been much darker and redder than I wanted. After I shared pictures and feedback I thought my second colour would be spot on but it’s even worse, I’m so disappointed. Color was way lighter on my rootsFor some reason this color gave my roots a golden hue while the rest of my hair was the darker, desired color I ordered. I was not happy at all with the look and this was the reason for my canceling. I received and was charged for a second round of color before I had a chance to try the first, otherwise I would have cancelled sooner to avoid being charged for two rounds of color. Same as most recent commentsWhat is going on with your products lately? There is a very distinct deterioration, and at a rapid speed! The last couple years the color has been sub-par and does not cover the grays and is very, very inconsistent, Did you get a new chemist? A new mixer, or maybe a new source of the raw materials? Clearly something is definitely off. I have been a loyal customer since 2013 without ever using color from another source since. What gives? Dull lifeless color that washes out in a weekAfter over two years of being a customer I finally give up. The color is never what I ask for, there is barely any red pigment in it and it’s disappointing every month. After a week it has half washed out already. Will doI think blonde is always a tricky colour to get right, I have now tried two different colours and I’m just not impressed. First attempt I got ginger roots and the second time is a bit better but it still looks patchy and different colours.
