Did not workThe hair color was a MESS and got everywhere. I have a lot of experience dyeing my own hair and I’ve never seen anything like this. In addition, the root color did not cover the grays. I was SURE to apply it to where I needed coverage and it did nothing. I will not use this again. It hasn’t been 2 weeks since I coloredand as recommended I haven’t washed my hair hoping the color would last. I did like the color but like the other store bought products it didn’t last. Das LetzteNie wieder! Verschicken die falsche Farbe (schwarz) statt mittelbraun. Ich bin hier scheinbar nicht der einzige Kunde. Man soll dann einfach mal 6 Wochen mit der Farbe rumlaufen bis sie sich auswäscht und dafür bekommt man einen Gutschein dass man nochmal so “gut” aussehen darf. Eine Enttäuschung auf voller Länge. A fuir!!!Je devais recevoir comme couleur un beau roux très vif. Assez rouge même. Au final je me retrouve avec un espèce de marron affreux avec des reflet acajou. Love the colour, but....I absolutely loved the colour and the set looked so professional in its packaging etc but the chemicals in the colour made me feel very sick and a bit dizzy. I will order again in the future as the colour looked great and the price was great even though it made me feel ill in the short term. It didn't change my hair color...I have medium brown hair with blonde highlights and I got dark brown mohaugany red die, I followed the instructions and left it in for 35 minutes. Ok but not amazingFirst of all the is the second order I've received because the first one was horrible and didn't come out right. I even sent a photo and terrible. This time it worked. However in the shower while washing my hair with their shampoo, I lost so much hair I can't describe but it was literally what I unclog in my shower drain every couple months in one wash. Too darkThis color didn’t turn out as well as the first one. I really want a true strawberry blonde with a lot of copper tones. It was perfect the first time but this time it’s really dark. I've not seen much differenceI've not seen much difference with this colour and my hair is still showing a copper undertone ,this has also left my hair feeling very dry, and I've noticed grey hairs appearing quicker than my usual brand,and I didn't really get a nice smell after using the conditioner either like I do using my regular one The packaging is nice and how it's delivered with that personal touch but that's the only positive overall I can say. Poor Customer Service AND it expires QUICKLY - things GROW in the bottle!I've been a customer for 7 years but NO MORE. Never had an issue but I was on recurring shipments so I had hair colors coming faster than I was using them. In a nutshell, after 4 months, I went to use my last one on my counter, and it was growing gross stuff IN THE BOTTLE! I was going to toss it out, but wanted to send an email - if anyone can relate, I work 2 businesses so working around the clock and never get time off, but I finally sent an email to tell them and show them the pictures. Instead of coming back that they're sorry that happened, and telling me that I can't have it exposed to any "elements" (but it was always on my counter, so no temp influx) that they "are happy to confirm it's over 6 months so to throw it out" - sort of like "hot potato, it's not my problem", but everyone, you have to see the pictures - completely gross!!! Anyhow, it's not about a $30 order, it's about the poor customer service AND that the STANDARD time for hair color (that you can expect it's good) is THREE YEARS - Google it and you will see. Since then, they've ADDED to their FAQ that it expires in 6 months - convenient. Regardless, I would seriously consider using another color where things are NOT growing in bottle - you're putting that on your hair! I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company so again, it's not over $30, it's very, very poor customer service. Didn't last very longThe colour looked very nice for a couple of days, but then my grays started showing through, and my hairdresser noticed that the colour under the very top layer of hair was very light (something about the developer being too strong). And in the hairdresser's chair I could actually see where the root colour was applied and where it ended. Such a shame! Not for meI was curious about this product but was skeptical due to my stubborn greys. Unfortunately this did not take well on my greys. I only do 1 brand from the store since many others do not work on me. I dye my own hair for over 15 yrs so am familiar with how to properly do it at home. This was a sad outcome. Not interested to try again but canceling the membership is extremely challenging. I've even sent an email to cancel but no word for days. Worst hair color everI went through all the questions with my main concern being stubborn grays. I submitted 3 recent pics showing my hair color is a very very dark brown. I got the initial order and the color came out so much lighter than my hair color and greys started showing after 2 -3 washes. Due to my own negligence I didn’t realize I was on an auto fill plan and received a 2nd order. I immediately unenrolled and just kept the order thinking I’d give it another try since I had it. To my surprise I received an email telling me a 3rd order was shipped even after unenrolling. I had to contact customer service and the rep had a bad attitude as if she was being inconvenienced to unenroll me again and told me to mark the package return to sender and when they got it back they would refund my card but would proceed to charge my card in the meantime. No apology for sending it after I cancelled or anything. Long story short I tried the box I had kept and it took to my hair worse than the 1st time. It didn’t even look the light reddish brown like the 1st time; it was much lighter. Don’t waste your money on this product. Only colored some of my hairI'm so disappointed in this hair color. I made sure to fully saturate EVERY SINGLE hair. (I have severe OCD so there is no "good enough" in my book) I made sure to let it process for the instructed amount of time, which ended up being longer actually because it takes quite a while to color all of my hair. I did everything as the instructions stated but only parts of my hair are colored. Much of it looks like I didn't even put color on it, my roots included. Not to mention the hair dye basically exploded in the bottles. The root color was doing fine for a bit and then all of a sudden it got really hot and started gushing out. The ends color did it immediately after mixing. I had to put them both in bowls where it looked like there was three or four times as much dye as there was when I started. I won't run the risk of using the second shipment I received. Brassy orange greys still visibleColour turned out a brassy orangey colour. Greys not covered. Colour was altered to a darker ash blonde but still had brassy tones and greys visible. If wanting to home dye hair buy shop bought cheaper and better results. Every color seems to be wrongI don't know what's going on but I have never had these many problems with my color in the past. Last color was practically black and this color, they sent a color for the roots which is perfect and another color for the ends which is terrible. Too darkI had about 3in. of naturally dark brown hair at my roots and the rest of my hair was bleached blonde. I bought the darkest brown (intense pearl) and it was supposed to be a level 3 with like a violet tone to it and my hair looks very very black now with the slightest hint of violet to it, but it mostly just looks very black. Looks like a level 1 almost like a blue black which is not what I was wanting. They had me do a tint rinse of mahogany brown before I colored it. Which didn't seem to have much effect on me for the end result. I would have been happy if it was just a couple shades lighter. It's just too dark. Does not look like a level 3. I know level three is very dark anyway, but this looks like the darkest you can possibly go. It does not look like darkest brown. Greys back within 3 weeks :(The colour was good. Originally I thought it was a bit dark for me but I've got used to it and I really like the shade! However, I've never used a colour that shows grey hair 3 weeks after application. Normally I get 5 weeks at least from a hair dye. Great quality, less than desired resultThe color seems to be really good quality and everything felt safe and healthy for my hair. The final result of the hair dye just didn’t end up like the picture even though I followed directions exactly. It just didn’t change my color enough. Left my Hair Damaged and Did Not Have the Gray Coverage I WantedI've colored my hair with other products, so I am not a newcomer to coloring. I hate leaving bad reviews and really wanted to like this product, but it left me with no choice. I followed the directions to the letter. Once I rinsed out the color, my hair felt coarse and wiry. After drying, it was uncombable until I put in a leave-in conditioning product. Additionally, I still had grays showing immediately after, so it didn't have the coverage I wanted. I really wanted to love thisI really wanted to love this at home system. Packaging is fancy. The colorist probably do know what they’re doing. But the lab and the product itself? My hair is a mess. It never covered my very little grays and whites and some parts of my virgin hair never grasped the color. My hair does feel soft. Would I keep my subscription? Probably not. Not at all the color I wantedThis past set was not even close to the color I wanted. I had sent in a picture of a dark cherry color and a picture of my current color for the best chance to get the ideal formula. My hair is more bright orange red. Apparently missed a very important step.I skimmed the instructions but figured it was like all other colors. There was a part when rinsing that the ends color was to be applied back to hair after rinse that I didn’t realize and my color got all screwed up. The Color Is NOT at all what I wanted!I am a freckle-faced 59-year old with a pixie cut and so couldn't figure out how to do a test strand that wouldn't somehow look weird. I should have just thrown everything in the garbage. I have a ginger's coloring and was hoping for something more naturally looking ginger copper not brown. I should have really been worried when I saw that mahogany was in the mix since now with my freckles I have a maroon based color that make me look like death warmed over. Well, at least Halloween is coming! Seems like a decent product, just wish the color had been what I wanted rather than what I got. Absolut gar keine Veränderung!11 Euro in den Müll geworfen. Ich habe mir ein paar Tage zuvor einen Undercut rasiert und hatte dementsprechend Teststrähnen zur Verfügung. Not what I asked for!I requested a nice “ash” blonde colour since that is what my natural colour tends to lean toward. I excitedly followed the directions to the letter and ended up with the same reddish tint I can get from a cheap department store box colour. That was my whole purpose for purchasing your product to not end up with brassy clown hair! I am so disappointed and embarrassed to leave my house. Tried TwiceI recently purchased this kit. Followed the instructions and found that the color did not color my new growth. I reached out about my unsatisfactory results, sent descriptions and photos, they reformulated my color, I payed again (no free kit offered), tried again with a darker formula and leaving the color on for a longer time and still new growth has not been changed. All of this happening in less than a month. Very dissatisfied with this product. I won’t try it again. disappointmentI was disappointed in the product. Also, I was not aware that I signed up to receive an automatic second order. When I got the email that my account had been charged and you were sending another order, I tried calling multiple times but the call always FAILED. Not good for grey coverageI tried to like this. The product seems high quality and is not too smelly. I love the color they formulated for me. But after multiple tweaks, it just doesn’t do the job of covering greys. I followed the instructions perfectly, and this last time I had grey roots after ONE shampoo. It’s expensive too. DisappointedI called and spoke with a colorist before I decided on a color. I told her what I was looking for, submitting pics of my current color, told her my grays were hard to color…noted this all on my online order. I was assured my hair would not be pink or purple…it was pink and purple! I looked like My Little Pony…4 days before vacation! So upset!
