the hair color is not coloring my greyI was wondering if your product has been reformulated because it is not covering my grey hair. I know grey coverage is difficult but the side of my head after coloring is looking like no coloring has been done. I have already told the customer service dept. about this problem and they said they gave me 20Vol but it still is not working! zu teuer für eine TönungEs ist keine Färbung ! Farbe wäscht sich bei jeder haarwäsche raus, Ansatz wird nach der 2 ten wäsche wieder Grau, Farbexperten wollten sich melden, doch das geschah bis heute nicht. Verpackung und Material selber sehr gut aufgemacht und sehr qualitativ hochwertig zumindest scheint es so, aber das Produkt erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen und nicht das Geld was es gekostet hat !! da gibt es eine einfache haarfärbung bei rossmann schon für 5,99 €. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis somit negativ, natürlich kostet die nette Aufmachung viel Geld aber davon werden meine Haare nicht schöner. Completely wrongI was looking for a change but ended up with root touch up color. I don't remember ever saying I needed a root touch up, nor have any idea how my custom color became a root touch up kit. I'm super disappointed. Does not work on gray hairDid not work on my gray hair. It is very messy products. Save your money and go to the real salon. I followed the instructions to the T and still have my gray after the first wash. They did not indicate that this is a reoccurring plan and started to send out another box to me. EXPLODED all over my white bathroom.I had the Custom color set and the ends refresher. While showering and rinsing the color out of my hair, The roots bottle exploded! It hit the ceiling, the floor, the counter everywhere! I have been using your product for many years and have never had this happen. Didn't cover greysI really liked the color but it didn't cover two stubborn grey spots. I'm wanting to get back to my natural dark brown color. Stronger smelling product, did something change?I have been a satisfied customer since 2015. In the past I didn't noticed much smell after applying product to my head for 30 minutes, UNTIL this last color that I received Aug. 2022. I could not wait to rinse it out, it was that bad, yes. no value in this productI have sent in photos of my colored hair and highlights from several angles taken in natural lighting and this is the second time I have been sent a non compatible color product. I do not see the value of this product . Too much goldI asked to darken the shade and get rid of the gold. I loved the darker shade but it seemed even more gold than the lighter version. I really don’t like this color on me. Disappointed!!!For the past few treatments, I've had unsatisfactory coverage of my roots. With my Dec rush order, I raised the issue in a message and noted that I had discovered thru trial & error that I needed to leave the product on for 40 mins. I asked if that cld result in overprocessing, but got no response. Now I'm wondering if bottle application cld be the problem. The developer bottle is so small that when I pour in the color it's almost to the top, making it very difficult to properly mix thru shaking. I always start with the roots along my part, meaning that I'm always applying the liquid at the top of the bottle to that area. That's where I've had stubborn grey immediately post treatment. So my current theory is that I've consistently been applying the least well-mixed liquid at the top of the bottle to my part roots, where strong, well-mixed color is most needed! I plan to revert to using a bowl but I no longer have a brush. Can you please include one with my next rush order? I'm sure you can understand my disappointment - going to the trouble and expense of buying and applying color and making rush orders that take a week to arrive only to get spotty results. Not the colour I was expectingI requested a colour adjustment to add some red to my hair. All this colour adjustment did was darken my hair a bit with no hints of red at all. I like not having to go to a salon to have my hair coloured because I can do it from home. I have just asked for another colour adjustment, I hope the next colour adjustment is better than the last one. I think i was allergicThe packaging and instructions were five star. The smell is almost non existent in comparing with other hair colors. My hair is not dry yet but seems less shiny. Also I was allergic to this as it turned my whole face red and parts of my body that it touched became a bit itchy. It has been two hours.. no more itching but my face is still red. Unbelievable lasting colour, but extreme drynessThe colour went on darker than I wanted at first (almost black) but my hair was already dry and therefore porous. In addition, the formula itself is extremely drying and not enough conditioner was provided (even for 1 use) The colour has lasted so well though. I am extremely pleased with it, as no “shop bought” brunette has given me the ash tones my hair needs. Patchy and a terrible colourI was so excited to use this dye but after using and following instructions to the letter, my ends went a bright red and my roots were black! Ruined the condition of my hair also I now have static, frizzy hair. I've been dyeing my own hair for years with no trouble but this was a disaster. All I can say is the packaging was really lovely and the personalisation is a nice touch but really I would have preferred it all came in a plastic bag if it meant I had got the lovely, even hair colour I wanted. Looked nothing like the reference photo!I used to like e-salon as a way to keep up with my red color without breaking the bank, but the dye kept looking fake red when I repeatedly requested that it look more natural, and each time it would only get worse. Colis non reçu à tempsJe suis très decue du traitement de ma commande. J'ai fait avancer la livraison au 14/12 pour être sûre de pouvoir faire ma couleur avant les fêtes. The color it wasn't exactly what I expectedI have short hair (just shoulder level), extra fine, and with a lot of grays. I was trying to cover my roots and grays while I was traveling (not going to my stylist/salon until about 2 months) but the color was a little too "gold"/ Yellow the color I was trying to match. The consistency of the mix was way too liquid, it didn't cover my gray hair for more than 1 week and after that, the color practically vanished. Because I have fine hair a lot of the product was wasted. I don't think this is a bad product, I just think it's not for me. Not goodI chose a dark blonde copper to go over my high lighted blonde hair. Followed instructions to the letter and after using this I was left with very red roots and light blonde coppery ends. I emailed and uploaded a photo expecting a reply with some support and colour correction offered but was ignored. Usually so quick to reply to emails but I received nothing. Dull, roots+ends different, wrong color.It is just a dull almost natural looking auburn color where it took, I wanted a intense violet -violet, violet-red magenta or "bright burgundy" color. The roots are barely colored and almost brassy in some spots. The ends look like a much lighter faded version of the midshaft but feel good thankfully. Second time usedColored my hair today and once I mixed the solution into the applicator and shook it for the proper period of time, the solution was like sludge. I had an extremely difficult time get it out onto my hair and ended up making a mess. Maybe it was a bad mixture but I’m quite sure I was not able to cover all my silver roots. It's OK...I think I am not conveying to you what I really want/need. The photo I originally sent to you - my hair was MUCH blonder, and that is the look I am hoping to achieve. I guess I originally asked for root touchup but each time I use your product, myhair seems to turn darker. And I promise that I only put it on the roots this time. Not great.Bought this colour back in September. Wasn’t ready to use at that stage, I have always been extremely happy with Clairol nice and easy original formula however their formula has changed and I am looking for a new supplier. This colour is so one dimensional and their are no tones. The colour is flat with no reflective colour. Terrible coverageI just finished coloring my hair and the quality is not what I'm used to from eSalon. The roots are barely tinted and appear brassy in comparison to the length of my hair. Not dark brown at all. Very disappointed. Without the ends refresher my hair gets ruinedI would not use the Custom color set without the ends refresher, I did one time, and my hair got ruined for the summer and I had to chop it off because it became so dry and brittle. You must add the ends refresher kit because it’s a completely different formula developed to moisturize your mid length to your ends and give it a lighter color than your roots to make it more natural looking. Though good hair color, it is hard to successfully color hairTwo months ago, the color bottle’s cap was tightened so much that nothing I used to open it would work. I tried to open it with pliers but cracked the bottle. This time, the gloves were so stuck (old?) that my fingers couldn’t go into their spots. Color IssueMy color has taken a much longer time to arrive after ordering and this round did not cover my roots at all. The consistency was much more foamy (which it has never done) and began making sizzle sounds as well. I’ve never been unhappy with an order but this time I am very disappointed. I cannot find anywhere on the site where I can email/contact support. The one place I found would not load a location to message. I plan to try and call support during the week. I’d like a replacement order to try and cover the roots that have grown out significantly due to such a long time for delivery (which has never been such a long wait in the past). Poor supportDur to lack of support I did not use the product. I actually needed to send it back and try a different formula. I was told yo just test it on a strand. Don’t buyThe colorist are not helpful. When I called to get clarity about highlights she was not helpful and acted like I was bothering her. If you’re trying to cover gray don’t use this product. Gray comes back very quickly and the color isn’t great. Prices keep going up. Not enough gray coverageThere was not enough gray coverage. Hard to use - Messy. Thinner than other hair coloring and bled at the edges onto my face. Very costly. I can Color my hair for under $10 an application. I wanted to try it but my biggest complaint it did not cover my gray at the edges and roots. Pas assez et pas la même couleurJ'ai reçu mon 1er kit d'essai et déjà par rapport à ma longueur de cheveux stipulée je n'avais pas assez de produit, c'était sec sur les pointes, impossible de tout finir. En plus, le service client me dit que si j'avais voulu plus il faut que je recommande un produit ( je vois pas l'intérêt de me demander ma longueur de cheveux alors. Soit j'achète un kit coloration complète soit un kit racines mais là c'était bien censé être complet ...) Et dernière chose, la couleur ne ressemble pas du tout à ce que j'avais sélectionné alors que mes cheveux étaient très décolorés. Le roux est inexistant, je suis simplement brune, bravo, retour à la case départ, ce que je ne voulais surtout pas. Root color didn't blend with endsIn June, I asked for a slightly lighter ash brown touch up for roots to match and blend with medium brown lowlights and highlights. I didn't use the touch up until November and the roots came out as brassy and light reddish brown. It did not match or blend with my ends. I just ordered another root touch to try and fix the problem. Hopefully, it will blend.
