Colour way darker than advertisedI ordered a dark blonde colour and the colour after i had finished was more like a very dark brown, I'm really not happy as its at least 3-4 shades darker than my natural colour! I think the product quality is ok, my hair doesn't feel damaged so that's at least something. The instructions were easy to follow, my hair came out even but a shame it's a totally different colour than what I ordered. I would say order if you want to stay your current colour and just cover greys it will work great, but i wouldn't recommend ordering if you want to change your colour even if only 1 or 2 shades lighter, you might end up with something totally unexpected like i did 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Too dark!I’m sure when I ordered this I wanted to blend highlights to my natural dark brown hair. I’ve just got round to using it after being worried about a permanent dye and found it’s way darker than I was expecting! Good kit but not right colourI ordered dark brown with a slight hint of red mahogony. I dyed my hair last night but it is far too red for what i wanted 😢 I wanted something more natural like an auburn colour as i’ve tried loads of red dyes in the past but this is not natural at all. I’m hoping the red fades out. I would order again but i would order a different colour. Undertone was wrong :(I specified I wanted an ashed out demi permanenr as this is what i traditionally do every three months. Bei mir null GrauabdeckungIch färbe mir seit 35 Jahren meine Haare mit eine Farbe aus dem Frisörbedarf. Hatte mich gefreut mal etwas anderes auszuprobieren. Außerdem schien es mir bequem die Farbe im 4 Wochen Rhythmus schicken zu lassen. Leider ist die Farbe nach zweimal Haare waschen komplett verschwunden. Vor zwei Tagen gefärbt und ich sehe aus, als hätte ich nicht gefärbt. Da ich komplett grau bin, weiß ich, worauf ich achten muss, um ein optimales Ergebnis zu haben. Ich werde das Abo kündigen. ResultsMy color was wrong this time. I put pictures on here for you guys to look at it. My root color was bright red and my ends refresher turned out blonde with no red. Not quite what I neededThe product was easy enough to use and the instructions were clear. This was a kit made for root touchups on dark blonde hair. Either I did not order a light enough shade, or I did not leave it on long enough. My roots have an orange-y look to them. Definitely not what I wanted. Couldn’t open! Seriously!The bottle of color was sealed unevenly in a way that made it impossible to open. I even had my husband, and 23 yr old son try. My husband ended up drilling a hole in the side so I could squeeze out the content into a bowl to use. Color was nice, but didn’t last more than 3 weeks. Colour was perfectThe colour was absolutely perfect I loved the personalization it had! The one thing im not to happy about is that I’ve only had it in over a week and I’ve washed it 3 times and it’s almost completely out of my hair! Ganz übliche ChemiekeuleHabe eine besonders hochwertige Farbe erwartet. Fehlanzeige. Schon beim Zusammenmixen tränten mir die Augen. Das Bad während und nach der Anwendung - wie ein Atomkraftwerk. Könnte man bei blonden, hellen Tönen nachvollziehen. Bei Schwarzbraun jedoch wirklich unnötig. So unangenehm war das Haarefärben schon lange nicht mehr. Verpackung, Fläschchen, Shampoo, Spülung, Pinsel, Handschuhe - alles Billigkram. Ergebnis ist o.k. Musste aber zusätzlich noch meine Haarmaske draufklatschen. Poor resultsAfter completing the custom colour questionnaire, I didn't receive my custom colour hair pack; I got a set colour pack instead. Quite disappointed with the end results. Even though I followed the instructions, the colour didn't set as hoped. The roots ended up too red, the greys weren't covered, and the colour overall was not uniform. Great idea of luxury hair colouringUnfortunately it's not the right colour for me but hair left very soft and didn't smell full of chemicals, doesn't come with with deep conditioner so used a 3 min aussie conditioner. Awful colorNot only did it not take. It lasted 3 washing’s and left my hair like string. Let alone I canceled my subscription and as usual. I keep getting billed. I never like any of your subscription types because of that reason alone, you never get them to stop charging your card you matter how many times you canceled. Color I know this business. Kupfer RotIch bin mit dem Produkt leider nicht ganz zufrieden. 1. Die Handhabung, durch verschiedene Ansatzfarbe und längenfarbe und das Wechseln der Handschuhe dazwischen, habe ich deutlich mehr Flecken im Bad hinterlassen. 2. Ich finde man sieht den Farbunterschied zwischen Ansatz und längen zu deutlich. 3. Meine Haare nehmen beim Friseur und beim selber färben, Farbe eigentlich ganz stark an. Selbst Blondtöne waren bei mir auf dunklem Haar ohne Blondieren gut möglich. Hier habe ich nicht das Gefühl das meine Haare sonderlich Farbreicher sind. 4. Die Farbe an sich war mir etwas zu dunkel Die mitgelieferten pflegeprodukte finde ich super. Meine Haare fühlen sich sehr gut an. Alles in allem würde ich es mit einem anderen Farbton nochmal versuchen. Aber zu 100% kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen. Super Idee, toll gemacht, Haare sind leider angegriffenIch finde das Paket sehr durchdacht, auch die Fragen zur Haarfarbe sind super zu beantworten und man kommt schnell in die richtige Farbrichtung. Mir ist mein Farbton leider etwas zu dunkel rausgekommen, obwohl die Farbe extra nochmal überarbeitet wurde und heller als meine ursprüngliche Bestellung werden sollte. Und meine Haare fühlen sich sehr angegriffen an und sind nur mit dem mitgelieferten Shampoo und Conditioner leider überhaupt nicht ausreichend gepflegt und locken sich kaum noch. Nachdem ich meine Profi Kur angewendet haben ist es etwas besser, aber die Färbung hat das Haar schon sehr angegriffen, mehr als meine bisherigen Färbemittel mit sehr ähnlichen Eigenschaften. RegretMalgré l’ajustement demandé pour être sûr ma couleur naturelle de base (roux cuivré foncé), suite à une première commande trop foncée, je me retrouve une nouvelle fois châtain foncé ! GrauabdeckungGrauabdeckung ist nicht ausreichend. Bis jetzt bin ich auch mit der Farbtiefe nicht zufrieden. Ich habe es schon beim letzten Mal beanstandet. Nur mit längerer Einwirkzeit und sattem auftragen(so hat man es mir empfohlen) ist das nicht getan. Not as expectedHi, I did my hair last night and was disappointed as the color was not what I asked for. I wanted the burgundy color I received last time but in a permanent color. HorribleAvoid this company at all costs. They will ignore your color requests and send you the same color over and over. 1st color wrong and corrected color wrong.The first color I chose was a red copper. It was vibrantly red where it's pink in the sunlight and has a purple hue in shade. The second color they adjusted it to have less red and more orange. Still came out pinkish red. This at all isn't the firey ginger color that I've wanted and even explained to the color specialist.
