Color not uniform.I soaked my hair in the color…poured globs onto my hand after doing it all over and making sure all my hair was saturated. But afterwards, when my hair was dry, I saw that parts ( in the front left quarter) were not the same color…as if I hadn’t applied any color at all! It may be that I need to leave it in longer. Qualité très médiocreCouleur qui dessèche considérablement le cheveux, pourtant mes cheveux sont résistants et epais. The hair color was completely crushed and colored my clothes, the parcelsThe packaging of this is awful, it's a very cheap plastic bag with holes in it, probably thinner than Chinese sauce. It spilled all over the place, all over the box, and damaged my clothes too. Farbe hält nichtLeider ist von meiner Coloration fast gar nichts zu sehen. Ich habe alle Schritte genau befolgt und mich an die Einwirkzeiten gehalten. Mir ist auch bewusst, dass meine bisherige Haarfarbe eventuell durchscheinen und das Farbergebnis verfälschen kann, aber meine Haare sehen frisch nach dem Färben leider genauso aus wie vorher. Excellent Customer Service!Had to cancel my next order & subscription due to unexpected allergic reaction to haircolor. I do have a sensitive scalp but thought this product would be ok. Called customer service & the CSR was extremely helpful & caring. Everything canceled w/o a fuss or hassle. DurchschnittlichLeider ist die Grauabdeckung der Farbe ungenügend. Ich habe mittelbraunes Haar mit grauen Strähnchen am Vorderkopf und Schläfen. Meine grauen Haare nehmen den braunen Farbton nicht an und schimmern nach dem Färben hellgold, was sie noch mehr hervorhebt. Sehr schade, ich hatte gehofft hier auf Grund der vielen positiven Rezesionen fündig geworden zu sein. Loved the color but it did not cover my grayThe color was just a beautiful color but it did not cover my gray and this was a permanent color. I left it on 30 minutes as well. Not the colour I wantedUnfortunately I’ve been left really disappointed with the results of my colour. I requested an ashy strawberry blonde and sent in photos of my current colour. After a really long delay in getting it sent to me, it’s come out brown and the lengths of my hair are a different colour to the roots, and much darker than I’m used to. I requested the lightest colour available to me. I wish I’d just stuck to my usual box dye. I’d hoped esalon would give me a lovely natural colour that I’d love but I’m left hating my hair and they don’t seem too concerned. It’s also quite frustrating that they say they give you a second bottle of colour for FREE!!! And even sticker it as being free… when in fact it’s for the ends of your hair?!? I had to reread the instructions 10 times to check I hadn’t missed something. There was lots of product left over in both bottles of colour. One bottle could have easily done one application but the ends and roots colour are different. Very disappointedI followed all directions on covering my grey but when I got out of the shower and dried my hair my grey was still there! It wasn’t a good color I asked for a soft black with a violet shade what I got was a dark brownish red color. My grey is still there too. Wildly off on the color I was expectingI have dark brown/black hair, I was very clear I wanted root coverage for greys only in my natural shade. This color was way off what I expected when they sent it the first time, it’s practically copper! Annoyingly I have received a second bottle of this stuff without realizing that it’s a subscription service. Not at all as advertisedThis was absolutely not worth the investment. I responded to an email asking my color preferences and what I was wanting to achieve. I wasn't looking to change anything, just maintain my current red color. The color I received ended up being a slightly reddish brown. I've been coloring my hair with professional color for over 20 years. I have never been so disappointed, and I regret giving this brand a chance. It also didn't even color my ash blonde roots, which normally soaks up color like a sponge. As soon as I can figure out how to unsubscribe (because that's apparently hidden), I will be. BlackHow cheap of them not to give a tray or hair clips. This forces you to use the bottle method which is messy and impossible to do two steps of roots and ends. If you want to lighten your color or change your hair color you better tell them your current t color is your desired color. I wanted to lighten my dark hair considerably. But I picked dark brown for current color and I had very few options of- black. I got the lightest red possible which was dark and my new color is… black. There is no way to change or pick a new color other than to say “go one shade lighter” which is… black. Better to pick out crummy supermarket color cause at least you get a choice of what color you want and have a chance at going lighter. My hair falls out either way. Two bottles of color- roots and ends? Either fuss and fiddle with the brush (and no tray) and throw half of each bottle away and overdo your hair, or just do one color bottle every other month or so. Not even closeI'm sorry but this was not the right color for me at all it has way too much reddish pink color in it. It was supposed to be a golden blonde. Red does not look like gold to me. I don't know how soon I can change this color I waited a while to try it I got the initial shipment in December. I just applied it on February the 6th. I gave it a week to balance out thinking maybe it would change a little over the week and settle into a color I'dlearn to like since it was the first time I have ever dyed my hair but I still am not happy with all of the reddish pink in it. I am 57 this is the first time dying my hair because of losing color from medication and age so maybe it's just that I am morning having my original color. The process itself was easy. I love the way the product was packaged. I think it is a high quality product. I did not have any issues with hair damage or color on my skin or in my bathroom. I think the price is quite reasonable and fact that everything is included in the package that can make it possibly need is wonderful. I definitely will give it another try I just don't know where to go with the colors so I guess I will have to do a consultation before I proceed further. I will give you further reviews when I try the next one. I am happy that they do that people that can help with this process. Maybe I should have done a online consultation from this get-go. Worst product EVER!!!My hair was supposed to be ash blonde and it’s green and orange. If I could give it a no star rating I would. Don’t waste your money or time on this you will regret it tremendously! Now i have to spend hundreds more at a real salon to get it fixed! They ruined my hair!! Die Farbe ist schön, aber sinkt bei der Anwendung übelDie Farbe ist schön und deckt bei mir auch gut die grauen oder eher weißen Haare ab, aber es sinkt bei der Anwendung viel stärker, als normale Drogeriefarbe. Unser Bad hat gute 8 qm, aber ich bin fast etstickt. Außerdem locken die mit Haarfarbe für 11 Euro und man schließt ein Abo ab, was mit nicht bewusst war. Didn't cover greys, colour not noticeableUnfortunately the colour didn't cover my grey hairs, followed the instructions to the minute, very disappointed with the outcome, can't tell my hair has been coloured. Don't loveI was excited to try this until my results were not good. Firstly, the smell was a little overwhelming for me but IF the color looked great, i wouldn't care. I selected darkest brown. Still hasn't arrivedShipped 26th January and I'm still waiting for my colour on 10th February. Previous deliveries came within days and I was very happy with the product. Now my colour schedule is off and I'm going to have to try to get a last minute appointment with my hairdresser or my roots will be starting to show for events coming up in the next few weeks. Nicht die gewünschte FarbeDie erste Farbe, welche ich mir ausgesucht habe, war nicht annähernd die, die ich wollte. Trotz genauer Beschreibung. So auch das zweite Mal. Und ein Foto von mir mit meiner Haarfarbe, die ich gerne hätte. Auf Nachfrage von eSalon habe ich dann nochmals eine Beschreibung geschrieben. Dann kam die gleiche Farbe, die wieder nicht annähernd die war, welche ich wollte, gleich 2x von verschiedenen Coloristen. Ich werde die Farbe jetzt in den Müll werfen.
